ChinaOur stay here felt luxurious. The facilities were great, clean, and beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The location was incredible as well, sitting just outside of the central subway station (not even a need to take a taxi anywhere). If you're going to Xian, this is the place to stay!

United KingdomWe loved the free laundry facility, which is very useful for family holidays. We just have daily clothes to wear so can't justify some hotels using laundry service charging by piece! Even better is you can leave your laundry there with a note with room number and go out. The staff will look after for you and deliver the clean clothes to your room.
Room is massive and clean. Beds are very comfortable.
There are also traditional clothes to try for free.

The location of the hotel was excellent, a 5 minute walk from the Bell Tower and just near the Muslim quarter with lots of little shops and places to eat. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast, which was extra, was buffet style with plenty of choice.

The hotel location was ideal. We were next to the City wall, so we could walk to the Drum & Bell towers, through streets lined with food stalls.
We found a great place for a simple, local style breakfast, within a 5 minute walk. The tours we had booked could pick us up from the lobby.
The laundry had a washer & dryer which was free to use.
The Staff booked a car for us to get to the train station.
We had a street side balcony, which was nice to sit and take some time out after a full day and before heading out for dinner.

Excellent hotel, cosy, very calm at night, looks modern. There is a good bar downstairs. The location is great, just about 10 min walk to the Bell Tower. Restaurants and shops are near. Very easy to reach if you go by bus from the airport. 24 hours reception and it's possible to leave a luggage before of after check out. 10 min by taxi to the railway station.

About 7 stops north on the Metro from the Bell Tower and three stops south from Xi'anbei train station. Convenient and a great price to stay for a few nights in Xi'an. Easy to do your own trip to the Terracotta Warriors.
Lots of places to eat and drink around the hotel

It’s not as walkable in the heat to the drum and bell towers but it’s well located to shops and restaurants. It’s on a beautiful tree-lined street. The hotel designer is great and WiFi is better than some of the other hotels we have stayed in.
The beds were very comfortable and the laundry was free to use. Would stay here again.

Loved our room - we were upgraded to the 12th floor. It was quiet and the room was spacious, clean and water was provided. The jasmine tea was delicious.
The food you order as part of the room service was exceptional! Probably the best I’ve eaten in China!
The hotel is 5min walk from the drum tower. If you arrive by train - come out on line 2 at Zongolou station Exit D (you will see the Bell Tower in front of you. (Next to you is a mall which is great for shopping and food court) and then order a cab or hail one to the hotel (5min drive).
