The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. A large living room with a comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, a huge walk-in closet with plenty of space for luggage, and two bathrooms ensured a relaxing stay after days spent hiking. Windows facing opposite sides of the building guaranteed pleasant coolness and good ventilation, even during hot, humid days and nights. Communication with the owners was excellent and incredibly fast; we received immediate answers to all our questions both before and during our stay, and a request for a corkscrew was fulfilled in just ten minutes. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful area. We parked our car on the street right outside the windows, and traffic was very light. Restaurants and the harbor are within a 15-minute walk. At the harbor, you can buy delicious, fresh fish straight from the fishermen every day; upon request and for a small fee, the fish are even cleaned and filleted. There are many hiking trails in the area, accessible by public transport, taxi, or rental car. We spent a very pleasant week in Ponta do Sol. We highly recommend this apartment and send our warmest regards to the owners.

Favorite place we stayed in Cape Verde! It's a beautiful location with amazing view. It's a bit secluded but that definitely adds to the charm. You enter an oasis of peace. The staff is super sweet and helpful. You can do hikes from the hotel but also have a lovely chill day at the hotel if you want a quiet day. I loved the communal dinner with all the guests! You can easily meet other travelers. Food was amazing and the rooms were super clean and beautiful with amazing views of the mountains. Beds were the most comfortable we had so far! Will definitely come back when visiting Santo Antao again!

Lovely view, very clean room. The hosts are lovely, it gets lively (but not too loud!) in the "bar" downstairs, you can hang out and have some fun. I booked the breakfast and the dinner option, which was made with a lot of love, there was good variety as well. It was cool to be able to speak German during my stay!

Armindo is a great host. He’s very attentive, friendly and nice. He gave us all the information we needed for our trip, transport, etc. The room was spectacular with a huge view to the green mountain. It was very silent despite being close to the road. The restaurant is also great, the food and the staff. Arroz con marisco was delicious!
