Accommodation in Liberec

The staff from reception were super professional very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was great! Next time, I shall make use of the spa. Restaurant was also great, abundant food, clean installations, and very nice staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull

It was not first stay in this hotel. This time it was as perfect as previously also. A big thank goes to Adam and Anna because of very nice communication and quick help in every matter. See you next time.

Excellent breakfast and location

Excellent location in the main square.bus stops near, nice restrants near, staff very helpful, a pukka place to stay

Absolutely loved this hotel. The room was super nice, I loved that the hotel is only from 5th floor so regardless where you are, you have a nice view. The breakfast was great too. And I love that this place is dog friendly. Also location is great - you’re just a short distance all from everything. Catch the tram 3 to Horni Hanychov to go on Ješted hike. Tram stop is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and will take you straight to bottom of hill. Amazing spot for hikers and nature lovers. Would def come back and stay here again if passing through Liberec.

Veronika's kindness, always very attentive and polite, always attentive to anything we needed. Also Saška leaving the rooms very clean, very attentive and pleasant.

Hotel management is great, good

The perfect hotel when staying in Liberec. Very friendly receptionists, comfortable mattresses and a lot of extra's, like exceptional breakfast and free wellness everyday till 2PM. Would recommend!

Amazing stay, very kind staff and great breakfast and coffee. Thanks! I believe we will be back soon :)

Everything great lovely hotel.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also not bad

+never seen something like this. This is a combination between a hotel, Disneyland and kids corners. Wauw!!! Visit all the attractions like Funpark (also lovely for babies), lunapark (more suitable for 2/3+), aquapark or “just” have fun in the kids corner in the kids club +the room was very spacious and clean +very nice breakfast, with lots of variety (oatmeal’s, fruit, eggs, cakes, sausages, breads etc). Also very nice other restaurants (like the traditional Czech one! Or the Italian one with also a kids corner)

The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable (We booked a studio for four people, and it was spacious). It is well located and offers a very nice view. I recommend it 100%!

It was a great experience. The staff was really cooperative and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Location is very good. Hotel room is spacious and clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast menu has different options. I had an early departure, and they left breakfast next to my room, which was very nice!

We like the cosy chalet with fireplace in the living room and gym in the basement. It is equipped with everything we needed for a short holiday. It has an interesting interiour design with open staircase to the 2nd floor, our children found lots of ways to play there.

It was 3rd time we stayed here and we will be back again!

Beautiful old building next to the lake, excellent beer brewed right there on the first floor, good restaurant and great breakfast - nothing fancy, but everything you might need. Perfect place for vacation near the Česky Rai - strongly recommended for motorcycle riders.

Wonderful place right next to Jested Ski Resort. We were surprised by the level of the rooms for such a price. As an unexpected bonus, we also got a whole day skipasses. The personal was great and helpful. All the facilities were in great condition, like newly constructed. We also have a wide choice of snacks and drinks in the room.

The little Pension was comfortable and located close to the train station. The room was warm in the winter, and the little bar downstairs is welcoming. Bathroom was good and included a bath. What sets it apart from other places that I have been is how incredibly helpful the staff were. Before arriving to the pension, I stupidly left my phone in the taxi (bolt). To cut a long story short, over the course of a day, they managed to hunt down the bolt driver and contact him and arrange to get my phone back to me. This was not a small task, as the information I gave to them to help was vague. I have not experienced such amazing care for a guest in the many hotels that I have been to before. Děkuji Detektivní Pleštil.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Big bathtub.

Location is very nice inside golf course Ypsilon. Confortable and spacious with small terrace on side.

As always everything was perfect. This is probably the best hotel in Jizera Mountains. And the restaurant is definitely the best I have ever been in the Czech Republic.

Great location, with a panoramic view from room. Top quality food: breakfast and restaurant. Very kind and caring staff.
