Accommodation in Aswan

- Pretty much everything and most of all the staff who are so kind and extremely helpful and sweet😁 - the room was clean and the bed super comfy with a fantastic view of the Nile (tip: book a room with Nile view on a high floor). - the whole complex is pretty nice with fantastic views over Aswan - did I mention the incredible staff:)?

The view is absolutely stunning. The room is facing west and you have the feeling like flying over the nature reserve. It’s lovely cool temperature in the room and the sunset view is unparalleled. The large terrace is peaceful and I enjoyed doing my laundry while sitting in the sun. I loved the beautiful decoration on the bed! What a lovely surprise. Conversation with Harris ahead of my arrival was by whatsapp and friendly and fast. I also had a good conversation with Mina and learned a lot about the egyptian culture. I was glad that I could get a very late checkout. That was really helpful.

1) This hotel is located within the Nubian Village. You will have to pass through the village's market to reach it. The hotel is located on The Nile bank so you're blessed with an amazing view of the Nile. 2) The room was very spacious, clean and cozy and came with toiletries. 3) The staff here were very kind and warm to us the entire trip. They ensured we are well taken care of the entire time. Special shout-out to the manager, Sabir. 4) The hotel comes with a rooftop restaurant that serves delicious food. Our room came with breakfast so we had elaborate and tasty Egyptian dishes to enjoy. They even prepared us a breakfast box on days we have to start early so that we have something to eat on the way.

The views were absolutely amazing and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Egypt - highly recommend the chicken tagine. Staff are all really friendly.

We arrived early and was fortunate to receive a free room upgrade. We had a view of the river from our room window. We were near some shops and a pharmacy as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean, which made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed right away. When I entered the hotel, the staff were very attentive and welcomed me warmly with a lovely welcome drink. The whole hotel smelled amazing, and after a long and exhausting journey, this really helped me feel at home immediately. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, overlooking the Nile and all the boats passing by. It was truly a dream. At the end of the stay, the host also organized a lovely evening where we even received gifts, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The people on the island are all very kind and welcoming. I truly felt comfortable and appreciated during my stay, and we would definitely book this hotel again and again.

The apartment of Mustafa is very central (only a few meters away from the corniche of Aswan) but still very quiet (although all the rest of the city center around if quite a busy place all day and night) and safe as well as there are cameras around the main entrance. Mustafa and his son were very kind also to let me in before the official check-in time and I received all useful information about the neighbourhood (including the closest convenience store). Mustafa also helps out to arrange trips to the most important monuments around Aswan (he arranged for me a trip to Abu Simbel for a very conveniente price). Therefore I would definitely recommend staying in his apartment during your trip to Aswan and surroundings.

A very centered place if you want to visit the south of Egypt and especially Aswan. A few minutes walk from the Nile and the main market. Aladino a great host he arrange for as all the sightseeing and gave us wonderful information about the area at his tour. Nubian village and tour with the feloucka was not to be missed. Spice and perfume market is also a must do in the area. The house is very comfortable clean and has all you need for your stay. We highly recommend it and would like to return soon !

The apartment is exceptionally comfortable, cozy, and clean. Its location is excellent, conveniently close to essential amenities and just a short distance from the Nile. The host Mohamed is a kind person and were happy to help with anything, he always responded quickly.
