You can overlook the town and mountains from the balcony. The bathtub has its own massage function. The mattress and pillow top are very comfortable. The bottle of champagne given by the owner was very nice, with a hint of honey. There is no lift, but it doesn't matter. Leave your luggage in the car and take what you need in your backpack or handbag.

We loved everything about the property, the room was perfect, the peace and tranquility of the surroundings superb, and David was the perfect host, very attentive and always checking that we had everything we needed. Delicious breakfast made of fresh produce. Beautiful views across the valley. Very spacious quiet and tranquil. Romantic dinners. Magical star gazing evening with a knowledgable astronomer who showed the rings and moons of Saturn. We enjoyed paddle boarding in a nearby lake and visiting a local swim spot (beseite) with two waterfalls. Will definitely be back soon!

Observe the feeding of vultures in the morning is a very impressive activity. Thank you to the owners for theirs explanation and passion. To quote the owner, the observatory is not an hotel but a place dedicated to vultures. So do not expect high level of confort and services as provided in an hotel. It was sufficient for us, but others might have highest expectation.
