Considering it was rated a 1 star it was mire like a 3 or 4 star, staff were brilliant check in check out and service during our stay was excellent. Karims attention to detail and service at breakfast was of a really high standard better than at some larger hotels, couldn't fault him. The hotel was spotless everywhere again attention to detail high. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay, 5 min walk to the beach bars and restaurants. They only supply a continental breakfast which suited us but no cooked offerings however you can get a cooked breakfast anywhere in benidorm if you wanted one. We would stay here any time we are in benidorm again. Great place in a great location.

I really loved how spotless this hotel was. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with something for everyone. The roof top pool was great, but cold but once you were in you soon warmed up.. I rate this hotel 10/10.. I will be back 😀

We regularly stay at Michel Angelo when we visit Benidorm. The apartments have everything you need for a self catering holiday. They are always very clean, the location is great for the old town and beach. There is a large supermarket only a 100 metres away. The staff are very friendly and always help with any queries you may have. The views from the very big balconies are spectacular. I strongly suggest you will not be disappointed with this accommodation.

Where do I start!! We arrived early and expected to leave our bags and come back later to check in, but our apartment was ready so we were allowed to go straight there. The apartment was stunning! Brand new. It had every appliance you can think of, loads of towels, lots of soaps, shower gels and shampoo/conditioners, it even had a welcome pack with essentials for washing the dishes! The location was amazing, literally just around the corner from the beach. It was in a cute side street just off the main area where bars and restaurants were, it was very quiet but only 30 seconds walk to the main area. I absolutely loved it, it totally exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again ❤️
