Brilliant location, corner apartment very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need. Additional huge terrace with the view of the lake and even the sea. Booked with breakfast and dinner, big choice of very tasty food. No problem with parking.

We loved everything: the rooms were well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and offered a stunning view. The staff are very kind and attentive, always helpful in any situation.

For the price (36eu with genius3) its perfect. Breakfast is only a coffe + cruassant. Clean room and bathroom,, comfy bed, private parking.

Conveniently placed for visiting Calpe. The location is beautiful just off the old square. An approximately 8 minute downhill walk to the beach with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops close by. Staff were very welcoming upon check-in and explained how breakfast is offered a discounted rate at their restaurant on the square. Great value for money, would recommend to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were in Calpe. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. A lift is available if you struggle with stairs.

Very good location for wandering around old town and to the beach ,bars and restaurants. Free parking just around the coriner and cafe for early breakfast and coffee just at the end of the street .

Great location and lovely flat

We had a wonderful stay. The host was kind, correct, and always available and met us on time personally on arrival to hand the keys. The apartment is fully equipped, new, comfortable and has central air-conditioning. We were a family of 4, so two full restrooms is a plus, even though one is more towards the smallish/tight side, but it has everything. The beach is a short walk (5min?) away, so close we didn’t even use the pool, which looked nice. The apartment had some beach umbrellas although we brought ours. There are a series of paid parking options at or immediately next to the building, but we used mostly free parking and it was high season (usually found 2-3 blocks away, 1 if you are lucky). Overall it was excellent and we would repeat the stay.
