The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent with a good selection of both local cusine and international dishes to accomodate even very fussy tastes. Taking a deal to do half or full board dining is well worth it. The cabins were very comfortable with heat pumps and under-floor heating within the shower area. The excursions may appear expensive but when you calculate the base costs of the equipement, staff and insurance they're not really.

We stayed in a deluxe suite and the room was spacious and nicely decorated and we had a lovely balcony on the afternoon sun side. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything.
