It was my first time in Lyon, and this place is just excellent. Every staff there is so wonderful ❤️ 💖 💕 and very professional. It was like they knew before. The room, facilities, amenities, dining area are all exceptionally neat 👌. The young gentleman who was looking after tables in the dining area was so pleasant and friendly. The location of the hotel is very perfect - near the big shopping centre and not very far away from the big train station. The gentleman and lady who welcomed me on Friday night were very professional, understanding and very accommodating. The two ladies who assisted me Saturday morning were so great 👍 and friendly. I am telling my friends and colleagues about the warmth, cleanliness and homely nature of this hotel so that they can also come there next time they visit Lyon.

A cosy and clean place, friendly and helpful host. We arrived late at night and my daugter wanted to eat something. Our host made her a sandwich, really greatful for being so helpful to us! The location is quite good, not far from the metro station. The check-in instructions said that the apartment was immediately to the right of the elevator, but at first we were a bit confused because the door had a nameplate with the hosts’ names rather than the apartment’s name. Among the advantages are both free street parking and private parking in the building’s underground garage. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, suitable for long stays, and very well equipped with everything you might need — and even more :)

The receptionist was really kind and open and showed us everything on the property. The room was clean and had a good working air conditioning 👌. The breakfast with homemade jams was good value for money. We really enjoyed the stay and can recommend it for people who come by car and visit Lyon.
