I liked the behavior of the personal,the location and the room was very clean. On the next day the personal offered to clean it as well, it was a fantastic experience.

Rooms were comfortable, swimming pool totally full of people but clean. Staff were very friendly

Close to the train station what was important for us. Good connection by metro to the city centre. The room was fine, the bed comfortable.

Everything was perfect! The hotel has a very chill and calm vibe. We had a kitchen in the room that it could be hidden with a door if you wanted, nice balcony with shades for the morning. I like the fact that the shower and sink and mirror is separate from the toilet - if you are staying with someone else you have space for everything. The staff was very nice and friendly, they kept our baggage after check out, until our flight and we even got a free goodbye coffee. Also the hotel has a very good connection with metros and buses. I would definitely stay here again!

It was very clean and kitchen was great you can find the equipments you need. It looks little far from the center but we always walk and also transportation is in front of the hotel. Thanks for everything

Great location - overlooking the Place Bellecour and within walking distance to lots of local tourist spots. Comfortable and clean.

Very clean bedding, safe gate and quiet environment

We had a room for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean, althought a little bit dark. However, the decoration was beyond beautiful and it made for a relaxing time. We loved the teapot inside the room, too. The beds were comfortable, and the room had enough space for our suitcase and all out things (we were two). The toilet and the shower were separated, which is quite convenient. All in all, we loved the room! But the best part was the staff. They speak English and they are pleasant, polite and helpful. The reception is 24h and they were always ready to help us! Another small thing is that they offered free bottled water for each room, a warm welcoming detail.

The apartment is modern and very well equipped. It is in the perfect center of Lyon. Walking distance to all of the landmarks, metro station and shopping street. There are clear instructions how to access the apartment.

The small single room I booked was so small that I upgraded to a bigger room with very good rate. It was such a big, classic and lovely room and all staff was so friendly and above all, the location can’t be better!!

Great friendly service. Really appreciate the car park facility and that they took my keys and parked my car! The room was ready before 2pm and we were welcomed to take the key.

The location was fantastic - being so close to the metro really helped in being able to get around to lots of different places. And being really close to the Tourist Office was also great. Even though it was a lot of stairs, it was still a lovely place and really convenient. Would absolutely stay again (which is rare for me to say).
