Very modern comfortable hotel!

The hotel was very good located, and accessible to public transport. It was very specific hotel, friendly atmosphere and people. The staff was helpful, kind and always smiling. The room was cleaned every day, and warm. The view from the room was nice.

Looking for something different with atmosphere and a great breakfast, then this is the hotel. the staff have been trained to be exceptional which is the type of service we received. Close to tramways, bars.

Clean room and comfortable bed, hotel is situated in great location, we walked everywhere and did not need to use public transport for any of the sightseeing. Would be back

Our room was extremely clean, compact, and comfortable. Great value for money and the staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke terrific English. Excellent location. We like to walk. It was on the river and walking distance to old town, new town, bus stations, train stations, countless bakeries, and all kinds of stores. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

I thank the universe that I chose this hotel for a 1-day stay. I was traveling with my children to the Mont Blanc competition from Spain, and stayed for 1 night in Lyon. to rest. Great location, literally 4-5 minutes from the train station, great view from the room - a church, great conditions, good breakfast, and most importantly - incredible staff.And the reason is not just politeness, but the actions of the staff in critical situations. On the day of departure, after breakfast, I returned to the room to finish a few things on the computer and pack my things, and I suddenly and severely hurt in the area under the ribs.It was a hell of a pain, my children were scared, the staff came quickly, called an ambulance, the manager held my hand the whole time, calmed my children, who were already in shock, because I was screaming in pain, and after, when the ambulance took me away, the staff stayed with my children, bought them food,and upon my return they offered me 1 free night at the hotel! And this help is so priceless for me! I will be eternally grateful! Now I will choose only this hotel in Lyon!

The hotel is nicely renovated, generous and welcoming. Great location in the city and easy to park across the square.

The hotel is right next to Perrache station for the trams, buses and trains, so perfect for connections within and around Lyon We travelled to Annecy and it was perfect as Flixbus station is also there. The staff were great. It is also near the main squares and shopping streets of Lyon.

Very friendly stuff and great location

We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near the Perrache bus station. After arriving very late at night, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist, which made us feel instantly at ease. Our room was quiet, clean, warm, and cozy, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a great option to store luggage after check-out, which was especially helpful for those leaving the city later in the day. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable.
