There were delayed trains due to bad weather. The staff helped us with flexible check in and check out times.

Looking for something different with atmosphere and a great breakfast, then this is the hotel. the staff have been trained to be exceptional which is the type of service we received. Close to tramways, bars.

It's in a great location right across from the station, but thanks to the soundproof windows, the room is completely quiet. Everything is clean. The only odd thing was the bathroom door, which is made of lightly frosted glass. Also, there was no hairdryer in the room.

Clean room and comfortable bed, hotel is situated in great location, we walked everywhere and did not need to use public transport for any of the sightseeing. Would be back

The hotel was very good located, and accessible to public transport. It was very specific hotel, friendly atmosphere and people. The staff was helpful, kind and always smiling. The room was cleaned every day, and warm. The view from the room was nice.

The location in the center next to Bellecour metro station. The breakfast is good and te staff very friendly.

The location is excellent and we could walk everywhere. No need to use public transportation. Our room was very clean, spacious and the bed was extremely big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety of sweet and savory. The best thing though is the stuff. You can't find more helpful people! They arranged our taxi and even loaded our bagages before we had even arrived at the parking area outside the hotel!

Very kind and supportive staff, authentic urban hotel within a nice, old building right in the middle of the pedestrian area. Within walking distance to the train station Lyon-Perrache, to the metro and most of the city’s main attractions. A great place from which we were able to explore the heart of the city conveniently for the one night we were staying.

Took only the takeaway breakfast which was satisfying.

Great position, excellent room. I was given a larger room, which was a bonus. Staff, were excellent! Didn’t harass me for payment immediately. I felt FREE AND MUCH WELCOMED! Rooms extremely CLEAN..
