Well equipped, modern conversion, easy parking, enclosed estate, quiet, always very clean, all gites are in separate buildings, the pigeonnier is charming and warm in winter. This was our fourth stay and we will be back. 20 mins from Troyes. 20 mins from Belvedere on Lac d'Orient.

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was beautiful and perfect to enjoy a meal in the sun. The house is in a gated driveway which we really appreciate travelling with our bikes for an extra feeling of security. The neighbourhood is quiet with a nice little playground that our 3 year old loved and nice walking. It was also a great location for biking to the nearby lake. We also payed for the breakfast to be included and it was lonely! Everything we needed and perfect if you are only staying a night or two. Emilie, our host was also very nice and responsive.

The surroundings of the apartment are really calm, perfect for having a relaxing stay. There is also a playground nearby, which is perfect for little children. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped with everything someone needs for the stay.

Very particularly presented small house. Old house new modern works. Very keen to keep clean. I delightful half timbered house . Breakfast was very goo. coffee was good. I bought some home made jam. Very attentive host.

A lovely place to break our journey home. The accommodation was spacious, private and very comfortable. The house is delightful and the neighbourhood very quiet and picturesque. There were lots of nice little touches that really added to the excellent ambience. Sabrina made us feel very welcome and prepared a lovely breakfast with produce from her garden. We hope that we are able to return for a longer stay sometime soon. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was great. Key French experience of fresh baguette and jam. Orange Juice was fresh and delicious and clearly just squeezed. Pain au raison was delicious and is my favourite

The house was immaculate and extremely well designed. We were lucky enough to be one of the first guests to stay here and we could not recommend it highly enough. The hosts could not have been more welcoming. This is a gem.

The room was large enough and spacious. Every detail was considered. Breakfast was wonderful. There were many varieties of local cheese. The hotel is in a very quiet location. We had a very good sleep. Highly recommended.

Overall experience was great and we liked the accommodation very much. We were family of 5 (with 3 small children) and had plenty of space inside and outside. There was trampoline outside which children liked a lot.We also appreciated a cold in the basement during the hot days.
