A very attentive, friendly and caring hostess Sandrine. We were carefully choosing the apartment, studying the photos and reviews. But this place exceeded our expectations. We heartily recommend it!
In addition, close proximity to the metro station. Very beautiful quiet area, many grocery stores and markets nearby. You can walk to the center of Paris.
A safe place - we often returned home late in the evening and at night - everything was calm and safe.

The property was amazing, a great space. As a group of friends this was the perfect space and super easy to get into central Paris - the air con units were an added bonus. And a gorgeous little bakery just a few minutes walk away. I would 1000% stay here again!

It was a good property. I saw some broken pieces on the lower parts of the wall but that didn’t change anything of the stay. Everything we needed was in the room.

We had an absolutely perfect holiday in Paris. The accommodation was comfortable, functional, beautifully decorated, and the hospitality was thought out down to the smallest details. Marie and Janusz were kind, considerate and discreet, you couldn't ask for better hosts! The courtyard was beautiful and it was nice to sit there enjoying the sun and birdsong.

Perfect communication, very kind owner, we felt really welcome. Simple, but clean and comfortable accommodation. Good value for price comparing to other accommodations in Paris. Bit of a walk to metro station, but the neighborhood is calm and safe to walk even in late hours.
