Accommodation in Monteux

This is a hidden GEM we have stayed six time it is very Quirky but lots of fun if you are in the area stay in this place

We stayed at this charming, locally run villa hotel for 2 nights and had really nice experience. It’s run by a lovely couple who clearly put care into every detail. The place is tucked away among vineyards, is decorated in a unique personal style that reflects the character of the hosts, definitely not your cookiecutter hotel decor. Outside, the property is surrounded by many plants. With only a few rooms, the villa stays quiet and restful. Our room was very wpacious, with an open plan ensuite of both a bath and shower. The toilet was located just outside the room in the hallway, but it was for our private use. Slightly inconvenient but not a big deal. We had dinner on our first night; a generous 3-course, home cooked meal that was both delicious and great value. Breakfast was lovely, especially the homemade yoghurt and jams. It felt personal and thoughtful. There’s a small pool and private parking. Access by car is easy. The hosts are friendly, can converse in several languages and made us feel very welcome in their home. Say hi to Mao.

This is an amazing place, and the host Jean Pierre is a fantastic person. The rooms are great, the location is perfect, and the restaurant is EXCELLENT!

Amazing small hotel in charming setting with lovely swimming pool. Wonderful restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious dinner and good breakfasts with a lot of choice and nice touches. We had a room with a terrace which was lovely. Good to have the parking too. Nice touches like the cold water machine / constant replenishment of water. Lovely staff.

Nice little house in walled property. A lot of space, private terrace. Close to Parc Spirou, wine areas, Mont Ventoux, Carpetras, Orange, Avignon. Nice basis to explore a very nice region.
