Within a short walk of everything in Roussillon and the couple owning the hotel were super friendly and helpful. They even let us charge our electrical car using a normal plug. The breakfast was really good - super value for money! The restaurant was simple but decent

Our main reason for going to Provence was to take on a bike challenge, climbing Mont Ventoux. Staying at the hotel was exceptional for its location, comfort, swimming pool which allowed for pleasant and relaxing moments after biking, and excellent food.

Everything. It was a lovely drive to the accommodation, there was plenty of parking, the host made us feel very welcome and showed us to our room. The room was spacious with terracotta tile flooring and decorated nicely. We ate in the restaurant that evening and enjoyed a delicious ‘home’ cooked meal. Although there were lots of guests, we heard no noise all night. It was also lovely to have a patio to enjoy the magnificent view.

The place is lovely - just as it is in the pictures. The hosts are very, very nice and very friendly. They offered us a home-cooked dinner that was very delicious. There is a very easy and spacious private parking. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Les Clos Des Cigales offers five well-appointed, bungalow-style rooms in a tranquil rural setting. The development, including bungalows, gardens and pool area is simple and natural. Rooms are well appointed, with en-suite bathrooms and private terrace area. A delicious, simple breakfast (croissant, bread, juice / tea / coffee) is served by the owner Philippe, in a small communal entertainment area, including home-made jams (two different daily) and home-made cake. Philippe is an excellent and attentive host and tour guide for the local area - offering suggestions of places to visit, scenic routes and local restaurants. He and his wife Brigitte live in a separate property on site - available if needed, but not intrusive. The entertainment area has a communal fridge, stocked with a selection of soft drinks and beer (on an honesty basis) and is available for guests to store their own food and drink. Easy parking a few meters from the bungalows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the superb surrounding area - based on Philippe's suggestions of local places to visit. The low-key understated atmosphere was just what we were looking for, to switch off from the hustle of everyday life. We are planning a return visit in the Spring.

It’s at the centre top of this village. Lovely pool and fabulous host! The property is behind the ice cream cafe, and entrance hidden round the corner. This also made it extremely private.

The host was exceptionally helpful and understanding and the apartment was in an excellent location in the village with a fabulous view!

What a luck to find such a fairytale place to stay in! We liked everything about this property and felt like at home. It is a very soulful place due to the particular decoration and the attention to the every small detail. Not to forget to mention the views from the windows! The kitchen is equipped with everything that one could need for the everyday cooking.

We loved the location in the heart of the village, but it's such a private space once you are inside. The owners are lovely, the mix of furniture, the terraces, little outside space and views wonderful, a very charming house with an old soul. Parking spaces are close and we really enjoyed walking around in the village & forrest when the many day visitors had left. We would love to come back!

The location was fabulous, as were the hosts and facilities. Having on site parking was great and taking a dip in the pool was a great way to refresh after doing some site seeing. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The view from the garden was amazing!

Great location, short walk from the bus stop. Lovely to have the garden for outdoor eating. Welll equipped with matching crockery and a cutlery set. Enjoyed our two nights there very much. We did not have a car, but the garage would be a boon to anyone who does.
