Excellent customer service, wonderful rooms, food and hospitality

Lovely place staff were so helpful. I made a mistake with my booking and called them. They bent over backwards to accommodate us.

The apartment was stunning and cozy, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need.

The property was well-cleaned and heated before our arrival. Collecting keys was super easy as the hosts lived on-site. The location has ample parking, easy to reach, and practical enough to visit other attractions. The hosts, Gulin and Steve, were wonderful people.

We have been before so knew what to expect. Brilliant cottage and we love the location as it’s quiet and has good views. Only about 3-4 minutes away from Bala by car. Cottage is just the right size for us all (family of 3) with 2 bedrooms and a massive kitchen/diner/living room. The outside space is just gorgeous. We will be back

It was such a comfortable space - we enjoyed slow mornings reading and watching the birds from the conservatory and then evenings curled up with TV shows. It had everything you needed and we made brunches before exploring Bala and Eryri.

The house was home from home. We put the heating up when we got in and we were lovely and warm. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Beds very comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tv was great and easy to use. Lovely comfy couches to sit on. Amazing location, felt very safe and quiet, parked right opposite on chapel cap park and moved car to unload right outside house. Great to see the book about the renovations to the house. Bathrooms were spotless and ideal for multiple people staying together. So close to shops and cafes, restaurants and the beautiful Bala lake only a short walk away. Liked everything about the house and look forward to returning at some point soon. Just wonderful.

Amazing time and beautiful place 10/10 for everything

We travel around a lot and always choose an apartment as it offers more freedom. We’ve stayed it lots but nothing comes close to this! Absolutely beautiful apartment recently renovated. The owners Karl and Helen are amazing. They have thought of every single detail. Even leaving us mince pies and some wine. Not a single item not thought about to make our stay as easy as possible. The apartment was so clean and smelt amazing. Very comfortable bed. Finished to an incredibly high standard. Bala its self has always been a favourite place of mine it’s now by far the best place ever, as my partner dropped to one knee and asked the question . On speaking with the owners who were so helpful and kind about our experience and stay that’s when they informed us that Llety Cariad translates to the Love Inn in English. Bala itself is beautiful and the community spirit is great. Amazing food available at the pub next door. And don’t be fooled by small town they do wild nights out! Everywhere we went was so welcoming and friendly.
