Super friendly stuff and nice rooms in good location

Location was excellent Waking distance to train station and old town including Royal mile Room was clean and comfortable

The location was ideal 1st stop on the orange express bus right beside Edinburgh zoo. Bus stop outside the door also had other buses into the city in 15 20 mins. Bathroom immaculate, room itself had 2 double beds that were very comfortable. I requested a quiet room away from restaurant area and was given a perfect spot. We opened the window in the morning and heard monkeys chattering from across the way in the zoo :-) but no noise during the night when the windows were closed. I turned on Air con unit working during the night with fan setting which wasn't loud but nice white noise for the children. Lovely stay and would definitely go back.

This is my 2nd stay at this place. Tried the large family apartment & the Studio... both are excellent & worth it.

It is a new hotel and a bit quirky in the decor and in an amazing position a short stroll from the castle the royal mile and restaurants… the staff also were amazing so helpful we had a 5.30am leave and they asked the night before if we would like a coffee to take in the taxi … we did and it was waiting for us

Great location right next to castle and resturant area, sainsburies is close by aswell. 24/7 staff year round it seems, which is a nice touch. The pod sleeping setup was great. Very spacious with good privacy. Great storage spaces aswell. Regularly cleaned bathrooms.

What a great breakfast for the price, and easy walking distance to everything in Edinburgh! We enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast. Not a 5 star hotel, but definitely a nice hotel, and you get more than what you pay for, and a quiet part of town :)

The property is near at the city center and it’s possible to visit the city to walk.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities. Only needed a one night stay and this place ticked all the boxes. Overall great experience.

The location was perfect! Once inside the property we felt very safe and generally there was very little outside noise disturbance (End of April time) There is an ally that runs past one of the bedrooms where some undesirables sat outside, but they were gone by the evening and after all, its a capital city... It felt more like part of the experience... The property decoration could do with a slightly better 'professional' finish and a minor tidy up, but in all fairness, the current condition is what you'd expect from a rental. In no way were these minor details an issue for us. It's just the difference between scoring a 9 instead of a 10! This is just my honest feedback. I would 100% stay here again.

The location was amazing, you couldn't get more central for the old town and all the attractions within walking distance.

Cleanliness and location were always going to be a big priority for us as a family and these were well met .

Very central and close to all the tourist venues and bus stops. The apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine/dryer which I found a little tricky to use but after sending a message to the owner/manager I was sent a very detailed reply very promptly.

The location was fantastic. The facilites were very good, WIFI, TV, kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice with shower gel provided. We were aware of the many steps up to the appartment but these were clean and lighting was good.
