Very Nice hotel,The staff is very friendlY!!!!

Excellent hotel! They did their best to meet our early check in requirement. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel making visits to the Edinburgh city centre as easy as possible since there are many buses passing by very often.

Friendly staff, perfect location with bus stop right in front of the door, clean room, comfortable bed and great breakfast offers.

We booked here as we needed to be close to the airport. The rooms were all clean and comfortable, and staff were helpful and friendly

Staff at the reception were so helpful and we were so grateful that we were offered the upgraded room with the view to the iconic Edinburgh castle. ☺️ The location was also so convenient and easy to get by places on foot. Thank you Novotel.

Amazing view to the castle. Great service by Ethan. Amazing breakfast experience. The room was always nicely cleaned and the location of the hotel is great. It was also great to have some break from the city and enjoy the pool and sauna.

Lovely place to stay, nice and clean, hosts were communicative and had no issues checking in and out. Holiday Park site itself is in a lovely area and has a direct bus to Edinburgh city centre. Great value for money would definitely recommend ☺️

We used as a base for exploring Edinburgh, the caravan was well equiped comfortable and clean as we expected. Shopping and eating facilities ín the park were also ok. Easy chech ín and out.

Such a stunning caravan, the kitchen especially is very modern. Has everything you will need (apart from a bin) but that’s a very minor thing we got around with bin bags which to be fair was probably the best route to go down. The bedrooms are very welcoming and warm. The owner was lovely and communicated well.

Clean, well equipped. Friendly hosts who emailed to check that we had arrived ok even though we had a very late check in due to a delayed flight. Only a 20 min walk from the Royal Mile. Sainsbury's local across the road.

Beautiful and cosy. Top staff all around, most went an extra mile, with a smile.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great facilities. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk from High Street and about 15 minutes to the train station.

The attention to detail. Everything was thought of. The location was amazing but also just off the beaten track so very quiet. The decoration in the apartment was fabulous. It was such a comfortable place we were so relaxed there. Very good value for what you get.

The room was amazing. The bathroom was so nice to help with my disability. If I come back to Scotland, I know where I will stay. Thank you all for the help. Darlene Gascoigne
