Absolutely everything. One of the comfiest beds we've ever slept in. A nice deep bath to have a relaxing soak in. Comfy sofas to chill out and relax on. Everything you need in the kitchen but more than anything else the peace and tranquility is priceless. Anne and her husband are extremely welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We will absolutely be back for more rest and relaxation.

As there is no reception area, the Housekeeper confirmed they would meet us at the property on arrival. As I pulled into the driveway, she was there waiting for us! We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome, informed of all the lodge's facilities, given some information about the site we were staying on and even provided tea/coffee/sugar etc. They had even bottled some of their own well water in the fridge which was a great touch. The lodge was spotless. I only rated this a little lower as I had to rewash some of the cutlery. It was otherwise perfect. We wanted a scenic and secluded lodge stay after our very busy wedding earlier in the week, and we were not disappointed. We used the hot tub every day and night. By day you could hear the cows and the birds and by night you had an excellent view of the stars after the cloud had cleared.
