Brand new, lovely facilities, really nice room & ensuite, lovely and helpful reception girls. We asked for the box of cooking supplies to use so we could cook 👍

Nice, newly refurbished property with everything thought of. Great shower and bath, comfortable bed with fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

The caravan was immaculate and extremely modern. The owners provided everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location within the park - the views are incredible.

The room is not large, but this is typical in Scotland. The bathroom is nice and clean. The hotel’s location is excellent, one of the best in St. Andrews. The staff is friendly and tries to meet expectations. There is a very large selection of whiskey at the bar, which has a cozy atmosphere. From the restaurant, there is a view of the sea. Delicious breakfast, very nice breakfast room, some tables with a view of the sea. Coffee and tea set. Water. Beer. Snacks included in the room price.

Spotlessly clean, home from home, and has everything you need . The bed is very comfortable, and the bedding and towels are immaculate . The hot tub was brilliant. We will definitely return.

A lovely lodge. Everything is well described. A guide is available on your phone and in paper form on site. The facilities are great. The beds are comfortable and spotlessly clean. A beautiful room with a fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms – a huge help for a family of four. You can bring your own food or go to a nearby restaurant. As I mentioned, there’s a restaurant nearby. Mini-golf, a playground, and a reservoir for nature lovers. Just a stone’s throw from the town and a nearby park. The staff are very helpful if you have any problems.

This property is all you need for a few nights away with family or just a break as a couple lots of space big bit of decking seating area spacious

The Italian restaurant provided excellent food, the site itself was very well maintained, the lodge was tidy, neat and comfortable and the decking and hot tub were a great addition.

Amazing place. Quiet and privet yet very close drive to Town centre. Lovely garden space. Excellent combination of nature and modern design.

We were very impressed with the property, the cleanliness, it was like a new pin, we would be very surprised if we were not the very first people to use the property from new it was that good. Did we mention we were impressed. Definitely use again.

Very modern and lots of space,would definitely come back. Beds are very comfortable so great sleep. All essentials for cooking was very useful. Definitely like staying in 5 ⭐️ accommodation.
