Large historic building, very impressive features, but decorated in a modern way. Although it wasn’t a cold November, a wood burning stove was lit in the dining room, giving the room a warm and cosy atmosphere. We had a delicious meal, perfectly cooked. The owner was very friendly and helpful, as soon as we had checked in, he took our luggage to our room without being asked. My husband is disabled but likes to do things himself even if he struggles so this was a huge help. All in all, a lovely overnight stay, I would recommend highly.

Amazingly well furnished, spacious, spotless room. Morag was a fantastic host who bent over backwards to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. She provided a delicious three course dinner, which was truthfully one of the best meals we’ve ever had!
