Accommodation in Usk

The guy running it is a:Funny b: very good. Just a nice place to stay with great breakfast. Usk was great, great Gin Bar Hare something and great meal at Steak Restaurant

Plenty of information from the host including directions to the pantomime. Comfy lounge with wood burning stove. Fast wifi (>60 Mbps). Well-equipped kitchen. Nice little touches such as milk in the fridge and Welsh cakes. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. Convenient location for Usk town centre. There is a shop next door at the Petrol Station for essentials and a well-stocked farm shop (Morris') about a kilometre away; there is a decent sized Co-op in the town plus independent shops. Parking space available behind the cottage.

Lovely peaceful location, accommodation was beautiful with great thoughtful extras, instructions clear and easy to find, hosts were friendly but not intrusive, we will definitely be back!

This place is lovely and cute. The staff were very helpful. It is equipped with everything you need.

I’d give this an even higher score if it was possible. It’s an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Beautifully set up, quiet, with fantastic views. Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Friendly welcome we were then taken to our room and we were both well pleased with it,had everything to hand,we then returned downstairs had a drink at the bar then ordered a meal .Food was great and decided to stay with a couple more drinks.After a comfortable night went down and enjoyed the full cooked breakfast,please thank your staff . This is an excellent choice for a catch up with friends and family. The living area is spacious. The kitchen and living area are tastefully decorated with loads of space. The garden area is beautiful with high vegetation which ensures privacy too. There is playground close to the house for small children Bedrooms are super comfie. The beautiful sleepy town of Usk is a 15 minute walk away with lovely little pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Isobel was great, on hand if I needed anything. The place is lovely, we will definitely be back.

I think the hosts slightly understated the facilities, which were excellent. The welcome was informative and the house was in great condition, without making us feel like we couldn't touch anything!

The cottage was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was gorgeous and close enough to Usk centre. The host was so kind and helpful, it was lovely to chat and they even left an amazing welcome hamper. Beds were really comfy too! The hot tub (heated for our arrival!) and outdoor area were an amazing extra also. We would 100% stay here again, it was a haven!

The special touch of freshly baked bread when you arrive & homemade marmalade. The quiet. The pub just across with excellent food.
