From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional. Edi, the owner, is truly an incredible person who has created something special here. He is extremely hospitable, and we shared many meaningful and interesting conversations that made our stay even more memorable. I booked the Executive Suite, and the view was absolutely breathtaking, snowy mountains and waterfalls right outside the window. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. The place itself is very cosy, peaceful, and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation and disconnecting from everything. Dinner was another highlight, simple, homemade, and prepared with fresh local products from the owner. Everything was incredibly tasteful and authentic. Breakfast the next morning was just as amazing, again with fresh, high-quality ingredients that made it feel like a real local experience. Overall, everything exceeded expectations. If I ever find myself in the area again (hopefully soon), I would absolutely return and stay longer without hesitation.

Brilliant host, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Even invited us in the evening to enjoy wine and food from his own orchards. Make an effort to support this venue and its owner and you will Georgia and its true people.

The perfect place to stay. The cottage is beautiful and very cosy, especially on a cold winter day with the warm heating system. The hosts are lovely and kind. They were very welcoming and they even left some snacks and drink for us. We also had some trouble with our car and they organised a mechanic for us late in the evening. An amazing stay and we hope we can come back some day.

Spacious, quiet, well-appointed. Unexpected in this region. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal.

Lovely and friendly hosts. The place is spacious, comfortable and clean. We met some lovely neighbours who owned the bakery next door.

Clean, cozy, everything works as it should. There is hot water and round-the-clock heating during the cold season. The mobile Internet catches perfectly. Check-in is no problem, the hospitable hosts are in touch. The location is convenient for trips to beautiful Tsalka Lake. The apartment is calm and quiet. A very kind and affectionate dog lives on the property.
