We loved everything! The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with spectacular views. The staff were also really kind and efficient, especially Nugo. We are very grateful to Nugo for how he managed our booking and for being so professional and kind. We will come back!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I was allowed to check in several hours early and even received a complimentary room upgrade. They truly made my stay so comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. Well done, Team NOBO!

It’s such a well thought out design and all of the staff were so friendly. The perfect place to relax with a cocktail between my time spent exploring around Tbilisi. It was one of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed in throughout my travels

The location of the aparthotel is so strategic and within walking distance to the old town area. The staff are also welcoming and nice. As this is aparthotel, the room is equipped with the kitchen, so the guest can cook. They also provide free luggage room for days.

I had the best time in Tbilisi, and Cozy Koala played a part in it. Brendon, the manager, does his best to make all guests comfortable and feel at home, and he succeeds. I absolut recommend it, especially if you're travelling on your own.

The room is so beautiful, which is beyond my expectation. It's quite large, probably around 50 square meters, and it's big enough for three people to stay. The hotel is located in an old building. The process of finding it was a bit of an adventure, but I finally managed to locate it smoothly. I really love it!

This capsule hotel exceeded all expectations and left a thoroughly positive impression. The capsules themselves have a cool cyberpunk vibe with a futuristic design and controls, while maintaining absolute cleanliness and fresh linens, which is crucial for this type of accommodation. The staff deserves special praise. The receptionists are incredibly pleasant, polite, and professional in handling any guest requests. A friendly community of guests naturally forms here—the overall atmosphere is perfect for easy and interesting conversations with travelers from all over the world. It is an excellent balance of high-tech style, comfort, and quality service. Definitely highly recommended.
