We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely be back next year. The staff is fantastic, always available and friendly. The room was cleaned daily. The restaurant was excellent and the food delicious. The breakfast was great too. The location is very close to the old town, so you can walk everywhere. The hotel recommended a taxi driver, David and his son Kakha, to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. They drove safely and were punctual. Thank you to the hotel for a wonderful holiday.

Great staff. Beka was really helpful at reception and explained the hotel nice and easily. The room was warm and clean and feels quite fresh. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Large selection with both meat and vegetarian options available.

Artizan is truly unique and probably the best hotel in the city. The architecture is magical and the service professional - I had no complaints during my stay. The rooms of really stylish and in top condition.

I loved this place, especially the location - it’s walking distance from all major Tbilisi attractions, and just across the street is Bazari Orbeliani with excellent restaurant selection. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is also good, staff is extremely kind. I would definitely come back!

The location is great, right next to liberty square. The breakfast is good, the staff is superhelpful. The bed was large, the room was clean.

The Hotel is accessible . All the staff are friendly esp Ketty who really made us feel welcomed . Coffe/tea/water are free and available 24/7. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Georgia.

The location of the hotel was very close to Freedom Square. You can explore Tbilisi very easily on foot or by metro. The staff lady at the door was very attentive, kind and friendly. Even though her English was limited, she showed great interest. Thank you also for offering coffee. The hotel is kept very clean. Since there are not many rooms in the hotel, we did not have any problems with the internet.
