Very nice staff and lobby design, and the food was delicious. You can ski directly to the ski lift and also ski straight from the mountain back to the hotel.

I felt very welcomed here, the staff was friendly and was easy to communicate with! The room was excellent with calming colors and wooden details. The view to the mountains was superb🤩 The breakfast varied every day, and was deilicious. They also have good options for different diets like vegans. I also rented ski equipment and was lucky to get good quality skis and gear. Will definitely come back if I'll go to Gudauri again!

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was amazing—delicious and beautifully prepared. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

Breakfast is Excellent Honestly, I want to thank the host for his elegant and respectful treatment. The hotel is in beautiful nature and a very beautiful place with natural scenery. Honestly it was very nice experience with family also kids was enjoyed and like hotel very much and I Thank’s to Nino for the beautiful reception, I advise everyone who wants to experience beautiful nature to visit this beautiful place.

First time ever in Georgia, and we stayed at the Residence Gudauri Hills. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. It was the perfect place for our first ever snow experience. The staff is amazing. They were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us with organising airport pick up, transport to Tbilisi, and a private tour to Kazbegi. Their restaurant serves beautiful Georgian food, and the staff is super friendly and very professional.

The host Nina was such a lovely lady. It is in the most beautiful location close to ski fields. Room was spotless and it was good value for money. You must try her homemade wine, it was so yummy!!

Our experience went above expectations and was better than an international 5 star hotel due to the personal touch. Lasha the hotel manager was the one who made the experience upto the mark. Will definitely come again next year.

Friendly staff - always willing to assist. Nice and clean.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly—shout out to Daviti, Miro, Etuna, Ika, Guro, and Solo (and the wonderful team at the lobby bar too) for their exceptional service that made our stay so special. The location is unbeatable, right next to the ski slopes—super convenient for hitting the snow first thing in the morning. And the outdoor hot spring on the -3rd floor is a total highlight; it’s a must-try after a day of skiing, pure bliss!

Fabulous staff . A good place to stay

It was simple, clean, and comportable, the hosts were super nice and flexible about the check-in time. They also gave us an electric kettle and some tableware we needed for breakfast. As for the location, it’s not exactly near the slopes, but Pirveli is within a 12-min walk (turn near the Pasanauri restaurant).

The warmth, service, the staff attitude. We went out both nights we were here and it was freezing cold, but the minute you step into the Pine Chalets, it was very nice and warm, from reception, to the rooms ooh and the bathroom.,the entire place is filled with heat. We did not even need extra blankets 😜We felt welcomed and appreciated. The vintage, antique look, we loved it. The views from the chalets... Ooh sooo heavenly, it's truly paradise. We totally loved it there. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming this side
