I stayed at this hotel for two days, and the experience was excellent. The hotel is luxurious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. What truly stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. I requested a small birthday surprise for my wife, and the hotel went above and beyond. The room was beautifully prepared with a cake, flowers, decorations, and red balloons. It made my wife very happy and turned our stay into a memorable experience. This is my first time giving a 10/10 review on Booking.com, but this hotel truly deserves it. Special thanks to Levani, David, and Suroor for their kindness and professionalism. The restaurant was great, the food was delicious, and the staff were very helpful in guiding me with halal food options. If I return to Tbilisi, I will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Graf Hotel Tbilisi in the Double Deluxe Room with a bath, and it was an amazing experience. The room was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly felt relaxed during my stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back!

Worth visiting even though we experienced a bit of a cultural shock. Their local food is not as great as we expected. Georgian restaurants abroad cook better than local Tbilisi restaurants. Very hard to find fruits/vegetables/poultry, which is not an issue if you are staying for a week or a few days only. Otherwise, be prepared to eat only apples and tomatoes. Relatively easy to find good coffee. The service in general suffers a bit; you won't be very much welcome. They are not rude or anything. Pretty much everyone speaks English. Lots of Russians here. Taxi/Uber drivers drive like crazy. So just be mindful of that. Very easy to get by. They have public transportation that you can pay for by card. Otherwise, you can order Bolt (aka Uber). The pricing is relatively low. We also used GoTrip to book a driver for 1 day and see nearby cities. Wine is good but not impressive. Definitely worth doing a wine tasting. Definitely visit the local show at Ethno Tsiskvili.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

Tbilisi is a very pleasant city, there are plenty of attractions in and around the city for entertainment, excellent and relatively cheap food, the Georgians are pleasant and hospitable hosts. If you are staying in the city for more than 3 days, it is highly recommended to inquire about one-day trips outside the city. The city has lots of markets and shopping malls. And of course, it is highly recommended to go to a restaurant that includes Georgian dance and singing performances.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

Loved Old Tbilisi.

Loved Old Tbilisi. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, bars, markets, and cafés. The people of Tbilisi truly made this trip memorable. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful city and staying at Puris Hotel in Old Tbilisi. You’ll absolutely love your stay.
