I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and I especially want to highlight the receptionists, Mariami and Tamta – they were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The building itself was amazing with all the wooden features and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent; unfortunately I had a tooth removed a day before so I could not try everything, but the things I managed to eat were really tasty. The hotel was located in my favourite area of Tbilisi, so I also enjoyed the surroundings.

The booking was such last minute, but the reception staff were so friendly & accommodating. The check-in lady even paid my Bolt fare for me, as I didn't have small Lari notes. My return flight was rescheduled owing to the DXB airport floods, and the check-out crew allowed me to stay a few extra hours in the room - a true mark of hospitality. The supervisor gentleman at the restaurant was a true service provider - very elegant & polite.

This may be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we travel often. Clean, spacious rooms. Great value for money. Co Working space perfect for us and great to focus. Staff were incredible, helpful yet friendly. Location was perfect too, I liked that there were plenty of restaurants around. This hotel was the absolute highlight of our trip to Georgia.

Visiting Tbilisi was truly an amazing experience.

Visiting Tbilisi was truly an amazing experience. The city is full of beautiful monasteries, rich history, unique culture, and stunning natural scenery. Everywhere we went had its own charm and story to tell. On top of that, the Georgian food was absolutely incredible — so delicious, flavorful, and unforgettable. Property is near by the airport, but road is rough.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

We were 4 nights. we had 2 days inside Tibilisi. 2 trips days to Gudauri (Military road) and wine road. Don't miss the day trips. the views in Georgia are beautiful. People are very friendly. Restaurants are affordable.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

Tbilisi is a very charming and interesting city with a great mix of old architecture and modern spots. The Old Town is especially beautiful, and David Agmashenebeli Avenue is also a highlight with its lively atmosphere, cafes, and restored buildings. We stayed at Historic Apartments "1868 Tbilisi" Best Location, at 37 David Agmashenebeli Avenue, which was perfectly situated to explore everything easily. The people were friendly, it felt safe to walk around, and getting around was simple. Overall, a great place to visit for a few days and experience something a bit different.
