From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this hotel places a premium on cleanliness and guest comfort. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and I felt immediately at ease in a fresh and hygienic environment. What truly made my stay outstanding was the receptionist Mariam. She was not only kind but also highly knowledgeable. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I checked in. Really great hotel, excellent location and views. The family room is actually 2 connected rooms which is really convenient and comfortable. The staff is great, they always made us feel at home and were extremely helpful. We did one tour organized by the hotel and it was wonderful. Breakfast is very good.

Absolute gem. Small, green, quiet island of peace in an otherwise crowded, noisy city. Hotel is small, but offers all necessary facilities. Garden is amazing. Swimming pool is perfect, particularly the depth and the fact that it is heated - so comfortable. Rooms are spacious and modern. Balcony is big and it is as if it's located in a jungle, with birds chirping and full of trees - unique for Tbilisi. Cleanliness is perfect. Bed was large and comfortable. Availability of tea and coffee in lounge was a nice extra. And the location is great too, close to restaurants, bars, Rustaveli metro and with a supermarket 1 minute away. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff are incredibly friendly too. My booking was somewhat unconventional because I had to keep switching the dates, but the hotel was incredibly helpful and made sure I could stay in the same room all the time. All in all, I will return here for sure.

We had an incredible stay at Ambassador Tbilisi! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites. The service was outstanding as well. A special mention to the Guest Relations Manager, Salome Papava, who truly made a difference. She was exceptionally helpful, supportive, and incredibly friendly, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made our experience even more memorable. If you're visiting Tbilisi and looking for a hotel with excellent service and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend Ambassador. will definitely be returning!

The whole character of the property and attention to detail in its decor just had me spellbound. I have stayed all over the world but never at a property that is so unique in design and decor. The layout of the room with the bathtub, the book shelves (and choice of books), the lovely retro style espresso machine and the well thought out bar with all bar tools and even a booklet with cocktail recipes, everything was just so unique and tasteful.

I love this city and people!

I love this city and people! Keep coming back, and this stay was third visit! Only bummer was Gudauri resort roads closure on the 1st Jan onwards due to avalanche and road accidents associated with weather conditions. So I lost my two nights booking and stays in the resort. Tbilisi city is a gem! Would not recommend though on new years season if you want to enjoy Georgian cuisine as majority restaurants and hinkali houses are closed for the New Years holidays up until 15th January and you have to search for open restaurants and pre-book in advance to have a seat.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

I didn’t know what to expect before coming here but it was the best decision. The views at Tbilisi are amazing, there’s beautiful architecture, fresh and delicious food, so much to see and wonderful vibe everywhere. I hope to come back sometime in the future if I get the chance to.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

Extremely tourist friendly city!

Extremely tourist friendly city! Bolts made travel around the city very easy. Lot of international cuisines available. Some of the locals are very friendly! Would recommend the boat ride from Meidan Bazaar, Christmas market and cable car to everyone.
