Everything was great. The quality of service was as expected and promised. Personnel was very attentive to details, their behaviour was very kind and caring. With only one request they changed our room which was really convenient for us. Special thanks to Miss Ecaterina for her birthday congratulations. His knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and culture made my stay unforgettable. Thanks to Giorgi, I discovered the most interesting places and got to experience the cultural richness of this amazing region. The hotel itself was impeccable, with clean and comfortable rooms. I had the pleasure of staying at Qarvasla Hotel in Tbilisi from April 18th to April 26th, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Old Tbilisi, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. I could walk to all the major attractions; plus, being surrounded by charming architecture and cozy cafes and restaurants gave the whole area a warm, authentic vibe. The staff at Qarvasla truly made my stay memorable. Everyone—from the reception team to housekeeping—was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. I was always greeted with a smile, and they went out of their way to accommodate every request. Whether I needed help with directions or had questions about local dining, they were more than happy to assist. My room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was large and cozy, and the room had all the modern amenities I needed—fast Wi-Fi, a minibar, a kettle and a spacious bathroom with high-quality toiletries (only missed the body lotion). The hotel’s interior is beautifully designed—modern yet elegant, with tasteful touches that reflect Georgian culture. The on-site restaurant and bar served good food and drinks. The breakfast was a highlight every morning! Really delicious and served by the kindest staff! The gym was a nice bonus for keeping up with workouts during my stay. Qarvasla Hotel is a gem in Tbilisi. It's not just the beautiful space on a historical building or the excellent location that makes it stand out—it's the warmth and professionalism of the people who run it. I felt truly welcomed and cared for every single day. I’ll absolutely return on my next visit to Tbilisi and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and authentic experience in the heart of the city.

This was hands down one of the best hostels we stayed at. The room was clean and quite spacious, and although ours was located on the second floor’s side where the busy bars and restaurants are, it absolutely did not bother us noise-wise. We really loved the huge common area where you can chill in the cozy sofa’s after a day of exploring awesome Tbilisi. There are some great bars and resto’s right at your disposal when walking out in the ‘Courtyard’, with a cool alternative vibe. The young staff is very helpful and friendly. We won’t hesitate for a minute about where to stay on our next Tbilisi visit!

Location, service, staff. Location is also very close to a number of excellent cafes for breakfast for those not wanting a typically heavy hotel breakfast (heavy because one typically loads up the plate in these situations but not strictly necessary). Location close to old town, Liberty Square, main upscale district, excellent restaurants and cafes. Staff was outstanding, always helpful (extending themselves to the maximum), polite, courteous, and friendly and welcoming. We never felt reluctant asking staff for help.

I loved the blend of Europe and the East in the Old Town...

I loved the blend of Europe and the East in the Old Town where I stayed. I am a vegetarian and found lots of veggie options in the myiad of lovely restaurants in the city. I took several day tours, for instance, to the mountains, a wine tasting tour (especially fun), and a day trip to Armenia. I also (like most tourists) love all the dogs one sees everywhere and the fact that yellow tags on their ears show that they have been neutered and vaccinated so that the animals are rabies free. These gentle, docile animals ares such a pleasure to see. They are not afraid of humans because clearly they have never been abused.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

Visiting Tbilisi was a long-held dream, and fulfilling it was extremely pleasant and gratifying. The people are kind, the wines and the food are perfect. Walking around the streets is very safe. Beautiful tourist attractions, ancient and modern architecture are present throughout the city. It's a modern people, but one that maintains its identity, its history, its culture. If I can, I will return to Georgia many times.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

Our hotel was a 5* hotel on one of the main streets with...

Our hotel was a 5* hotel on one of the main streets with nice shops and Mall, however this entire half mile of road/pavement is currently being dug up and really affected the feel of our stay 😳. Roadworks end in Dec (hopefully). Otherwise, the city felt safe. Bars and restaurants were nice and it was easy to get around using Bolt taxis. I would describe Tbilisi as 'upcoming' as a tourist destination and 'shabby chic'. The tourist attractions are not spectacular, but interesting and you can walk between them but pavements are very awkward and sidestreets look a bit dirty/unloved. A lot of renovations happening. We eat in old town and enjoyed al fresco dining. Ignore tge stray dogs, which are friendly.
