We stayed at this hotel twice while in Tbilisi. The second time we cancelled another reservation so that we could stay at Strofi once more before we flew out. On both occasions we had very late check ins and the staff were accommodating and communicated with us before our arrival. The room was great and everything was clean. Breakfast was also really good and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were also friendly especially Mariami at reception who also helped us book a transfer to Kazbegi. Highly recommend.

It’s the first and only place I found that really created and pioneering true wellness concept in Georgia. Not in a superficial way but truly in foundational way. And I am talking as someone working in Welness business. In my opinion, quality is even better then I have experienced in other welness places in other countries. I was worried that pictures were too polished and will not represent reality (like in many other places in Georgia) but actually I found the place even nicer then in those nice pictures already. I happened to meet the owner and it really touched me how much heart and soul he puts in this place with his own hands, he cares about all the details in the genuine way. And you can feel that in the place. Going home with very positive and almost surreal experience… Please keep that level of professionalism, focus on health throughout all place in growing this super unique and creatively authentic place. A pleasure staying at Sani Hotel in Tbilisi - it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect for the city, a short walk from Rustaveli and the vibrant city centre. The hotel itself is a charming oasis where you feel away from the city with a beautiful garden. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and nicely furnished, offering lovely views. The hotel staff are exceptional, we received a lovely warm welcome at check-in and they were attentive to our needs and the service provided throughout my stay. Everything is fine, but it would be good if the staff were more friendly at breakfast and dinner. Let's say at breakfast if you want a second Americano coffee, then you need to pay for it (although breakfast is included). For dinner, they mixed up our dishes with other guests.

I love this city and people!

I love this city and people! Keep coming back, and this stay was third visit! Only bummer was Gudauri resort roads closure on the 1st Jan onwards due to avalanche and road accidents associated with weather conditions. So I lost my two nights booking and stays in the resort. Tbilisi city is a gem! Would not recommend though on new years season if you want to enjoy Georgian cuisine as majority restaurants and hinkali houses are closed for the New Years holidays up until 15th January and you have to search for open restaurants and pre-book in advance to have a seat.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

I didn’t know what to expect before coming here but it was the best decision. The views at Tbilisi are amazing, there’s beautiful architecture, fresh and delicious food, so much to see and wonderful vibe everywhere. I hope to come back sometime in the future if I get the chance to.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

Extremely tourist friendly city! Bolts made travel around the city very easy. Lot of international cuisines available. Some of the locals are very friendly! Would recommend the boat ride from Meidan Bazaar, Christmas market and cable car to everyone. Certainly try the chimney cake - czech dessert in Meidan square - there is huge line but the wait is worth it.
