The location was splendid. On one side was a walking alley sprawling with restaurants and on the other side Marjanishvili with numerous cafes, local bakeries and more. The hotel is amazing. The staff's extremely helpful and very accommodating. Special shout out to Ms. Tamta for being so lovely each morning while serving us breakfast. Thanks a lot for your hospitality.

A real gem at the hearth of the city. Amazing location, all the stuff were so lovely. We picked the hotel based on the location and the breakfast and I can say that it’s one of the best breakfast so far. All the omlets and sides are prepared individually.

Customer service and attention to detail. Giorgi/George checked me in and was very helpful and professional with outstanding customer service. This is the only five star hotel in Tbilisi that someone actually takes your bags to the room. Rooms were also the cleanest of all the five stars in the city, immaculate! The breakfast team were also excellent. After noticing I didn’t take any of the pastries from their wide selection, they asked me and I told them I wasn’t much of a pastry person but only liked a particular type and they actually arranged for it the next morning. Five stars! Ten out of ten!

It’s in a warehouse and really well decorated. Plenty of toilets/ showers/ basins/ mirrors/ hairdryers, didn’t have to wait for anything. Every bed has a locker. Staff were helpful. Plenty of space to organise yourself in the room and loads of sofas in the common space.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

This was my second visit to Tbilisi after 6 years but...

This was my second visit to Tbilisi after 6 years but unfortunately I did not see any positive changes in the infrastructure and facilities for the tourists, instead I noticed that the local people has become more unwelcoming and rude. Everyone is giving false information and trying to exploit the tourist. The Tickets and Entrance fees for the attractions is unreasonable considering the facilities and lack of proper hospitality. Most of the people still speak and understand only their local language and unwilling to engage in healthy conversations. Its quite disappointing. I don't think I will be going back again, although the weather is amazing and that was the main reason I went back.
