The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the charming old town! The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries, including shower gel and even toothbrushes. Highly recommended!

I loved this place, especially the location - it’s walking distance from all major Tbilisi attractions, and just across the street is Bazari Orbeliani with excellent restaurant selection. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is also good, staff is extremely kind. I would definitely come back!

Staying at Sota Metekhi Hotel was an amazing experience in itself! It was my first visit to Georgia, and the hotel, located in the real heart of Tbilisi Old city, next to the Kura river, made a great impact onto my first impression from the country. Wonderful location of the hotel, comfortable suits, pleasing views, unbelievable friendly stuff, traditional Georgian hospitality, tasty breakfasts, opportunity to make tours directly from the hotel with an experienced driver - for that everything me and my son are feeling deep gratitude. Many thanks and hope to come to stay here again 😊❤️🙏

Housed in a former Soviet-era publishing house, Stamba retains its industrial aesthetic while creating a sophisticated, welcoming space. From its greenhouse-inspired atrium to reclaimed vintage pieces, it’s a hotel where guests can explore the expansive setting. For me, it’s always a pleasure to step into my room where the brass tub is either centered inside or outside the balcony, pending the room. Some quirks depend on the suite, but they offer: La Marzocco espresso machine, vinyl record player, and unique artworks. There’s also the sheer shelves of books that invite perusal. It’s a wonder any guests ever leave their rooms. Whenever I drop by Tbilisi, it’s Stamba where I choose to stay. I’m sure there are other wonderful hotels, resorts, and BnBs, but Stamba feels extra special.

This place had a very special, artsy atmosphere and its aesthetics, altough very alternative and giving almost cotemporary Berlin-like vibes, was absolutely my cup of tea. Personal was super nice and helpful and there were plenty of opportunities to hang out with other people outside in the courtyard.

We were 4 nights. we had 2 days inside Tibilisi. 2 trips days to Gudauri (Military road) and wine road. Don't miss the day trips. the views in Georgia are beautiful. People are very friendly. Restaurants are affordable.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

Tbilisi is a very charming and interesting city with a great mix of old architecture and modern spots. The Old Town is especially beautiful, and David Agmashenebeli Avenue is also a highlight with its lively atmosphere, cafes, and restored buildings. We stayed at Historic Apartments "1868 Tbilisi" Best Location, at 37 David Agmashenebeli Avenue, which was perfectly situated to explore everything easily. The people were friendly, it felt safe to walk around, and getting around was simple. Overall, a great place to visit for a few days and experience something a bit different.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

The city is very clean and beautiful.

The city is very clean and beautiful. Loads of things to see and experience. I would recommend a restaurant called Pasanauri- delicious fresh food, everything is withing walking distance. Be careful when crossing the roads, do it only at designated places otherwise you will get a fine on the spot by the police.
