The staff at this hotel welcomed me very warmly, immediately shared the WiFi password with me, and explained the hotel facilities. The room was very clean and appropriately stocked with all the basics, including a full mini-bar. I liked the fact that I could control the thermostat and turn it off. Many hotels in Georgia have automatic heating in the room which makes it too hot. In this hotel, I could turn it off and have a cooler room. The room has a modern TV, so you can easily watch Netflix, YouTube etc. The bed was very comfortable, I prefer a firmer mattress - so this helped me have a great sleep. The bathroom is supplied with quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. I have also stayed at hotels around Rustaveli street, and I prefer this location in Chugureti.
