The hotel was simply great. Very clean, nice and helpful desk. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, with a large variety. The location, in the middle of the old town, was super, walking distance almost to all main attractions. The hotel is beautiful and room was cosy, with underfloor heating in the bathroom. We were on first floor but window didn't let any street noise come in. We'll gladly return to this hotel next time we visit Tbilisi.

Everything is close by, whether it's the historical part of Tbilisi or, for example, the botanical garden. There are plenty of shops, wine bars, and cafes around. A perfect place for romantic walks around the city.
