Everything was great. The quality of service was as expected and promised. Personnel was very attentive to details, their behaviour was very kind and caring. With only one request they changed our room which was really convenient for us. Special thanks to Miss Ecaterina for her birthday congratulations. And i am very grateful to Miss Tamara for her help with transport and other additional services. I would definitely suggest this hotel for its location and every other service. Elegance, cleanliness and view

We were a group of five friends and stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room facilities were all clean and seemed brand new. The bathroom featured a bidet, which was a great touch for us! The apartment also had a TV, internet, air conditioning, a coffee machine, and even an iron and ironing board. It’s within walking distance to Fabrika, Marjanashvili Metro, Freedom Square, and more. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at Qarvasla Hotel in Tbilisi from April 18th to April 26th, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Old Tbilisi, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. I could walk to all the major attractions; plus, being surrounded by charming architecture and cozy cafes and restaurants gave the whole area a warm, authentic vibe. The staff at Qarvasla truly made my stay memorable. Everyone—from the reception team to housekeeping—was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. I was always greeted with a smile, and they went out of their way to accommodate every request. Whether I needed help with directions or had questions about local dining, they were more than happy to assist. My room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was large and cozy, and the room had all the modern amenities I needed—fast Wi-Fi, a minibar, a kettle and a spacious bathroom with high-quality toiletries (only missed the body lotion). The hotel’s interior is beautifully designed—modern yet elegant, with tasteful touches that reflect Georgian culture. The on-site restaurant and bar served good food and drinks. The breakfast was a highlight every morning! Really delicious and served by the kindest staff! The gym was a nice bonus for keeping up with workouts during my stay. Qarvasla Hotel is a gem in Tbilisi. It's not just the beautiful space on a historical building or the excellent location that makes it stand out—it's the warmth and professionalism of the people who run it. I felt truly welcomed and cared for every single day. I’ll absolutely return on my next visit to Tbilisi and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and authentic experience in the heart of the city.

I stayed for one night only. I arrived at night and the reception works 24 hours, so I had no problems with check-in. Everything was nice and clean. I want to highlight an exceptional service and a location.

Really great hotel, excellent location and views. The family room is actually 2 connected rooms which is really convenient and comfortable. The staff is great, they always made us feel at home and were extremely helpful. We did one tour organized by the hotel and it was wonderful. Breakfast is very good.
