Probably the best hotel in the Racha region! The rooms are so spacious, and there's a huge private area with a real swimming pool — definitely don't miss a sunrise swim before breakfast! And make sure to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine; do try Tvishi or Khvanchkara from the owners' own winery. We are already dying to go back! Huge thanks to the wonderful staff, and a very special shoutout to the charming hotel manager, Sona — by the second day, we felt like old friends when saying goodbye!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The house is located in beautiful, secluded nature with amazing views over the mountains. Perfect for a getaway or even for a longer stay. There are a few rooms for guests and it felt very private yet like being welcomed into a family. The host, Misha, was one of the most kind and welcoming hosts we’ve ever stayed with. Communication was great prior to the stay, and he picked us up in his jeep so we wouldn’t have to drive all the way up to the house (the last part of the road to the house isn’t great). Upon request he made the most tasty homemade Georgian meal for us, and we had a great evening together. Facilities were great in the rooms which featured a porch with view of the mountains which we really enjoyed. The area also offers great hiking options, and the place itself has good facilities for sitting outside or on the porches reading a good book or whatever you might feel like doing.

Great place, everything was perfect. The owner, Parna welcomed us, answered all our questions and was very helpful during our stay. Very nice and clean house. Cosy design, mosquito nets on windows, USB sockets for charging. Warm yellow light in the room. Breakfast was delicious and was served on time. A comfortable bed with a good mattress. One of the best places to stay in the region. Highly recommended.

We spent two lovely days at Racha Roots and really enjoyed our stay. The place is beautifully designed, cozy, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The rooms are lovely, and each has its own spacious balcony, which deserves a special mention. What makes this place even more special are the hosts, Tazo and Eliso. They’ve turned their family home into a small boutique hotel, and you can genuinely feel how much love and care they’ve put into it. They’re incredibly warm and welcoming and make you feel more like a guest in their home than in a hotel. We also loved the ground-floor terrace. It’s such a nice spot to spend an evening with family or friends, enjoying the atmosphere, good food, and a glass of wine. The vineyard in the yard adds even more charm to the whole place. Location-wise, it’s a great base for exploring Racha. You can easily plan a different day trip every day and come back to a beautiful, comfortable place to relax. Would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!

A very clean and cozy cottage, the house has everything you need for comfortable vacation. It was cold in the evening, We lit the fireplace, the hostess gave us a bottle of wine and this evening was very pleasant and unforgettable for us. In the morning, breakfast was more like a full lunch.
