Awesome location to Kos Old town and the port. Right across from the beach. Rooms very clean and lots of space. Amazing selection at the breakfast buffet. Would recommend this accomodation.

this hotel is best one in centrum!!! if you consider to visit harbour and central located relics, this is best option!!

Very friendly stuff, incredibly clean and very comfy bed. Amazing breakfast, huge variety and with good serving times. We booked at a discount on a very good price so it was very value for money. Pool was a nice addition as well. Great amenities in the rooml. Only minor issue is that it is situated on a busy road so if your room is facing that way it can get a bit noisy sometimes.

This was an exceptional hotel. Great location. Beautiful views. Friendly staff who always were genuine and made our stay perfect.

Amazing experience. Really a wonderful Hotel. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is pratically on the beach and it is into a marvellous garden. The breakfast is very good. You can rent bikes and cars directly in hotel. Near the hotel there are 2 supermarkets. The location is fantastic because with the bikes you can arrive everywhere. I strongly recommend the PALM BEACH HOTEL.

This is my second stay here. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the harbor and beach. Everything you need is in the room, and the balcony has a view of the harbor and castle. We had a wonderful time, even if it was just for one night. The receptionist, Mr. Kostas, was very helpful and very polite. Thank you.

Perfect room very big and very clean with all the amenities

Super clean, spatious and bright. The manager Pana was the best host ever. He helped with everything. He is showed true definition of hospitality!

The location was perfect for us as it was a 5 minute walk to the sea, 10 minutes to the old town and we were in a locals neighborhood with mostly Greek people who were all friendly! We walked to the ferry port on two days also to visit other islands. The host always replied to any messages quickly. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived, beds and sofa very comfortable. The shower always had hot water and good pressure. The outdoor terrace area is large and well shaded. Would book the same place to stay if we return to Kos!

Immaculate, lovely furniture, lovely space felt like a real home. Delighted to find food and drinks in the fridge for late arrival… a life saver! Kitchen was so well equipped! East check in with great instructions
