It was amazing staying at Milva! I highly recommend. The room was clean, the guide to get the keys and check in by yourself was amazing! The room was clean! The location is amazing - a lot of bars and restaurants, and a cute walk to the marina. Everything was good!

Everything was sparkly clean, great location, amazing view, clearly a lot of effort was put into making this a quality accommodation. Had an espresso machine with some complimentary capsules, complimentary water and wine too. Also Marina downstairs was so welcoming and helpful.

Was there out of season so didn't try the amenities, but the room was stunning and definitely of a 5 star quality - amazing beds. Think they might actually have upgraded me without letting me know. Staff beyond friendly - just a wonderful place and would definitely come again.

The view from the rooms is so good that by itself the hotel is worth it. It's just such an unassumingly stunning view. Fully facing the sea, you can see Turkey, you can see the boats come and go...it's perfect. Not sure if all rooms have a view like the one I had, but if so, it's a 10/10 view. Add to it a very kind staff - especially the night manager, who helped me when the room next door sounded absolutely haunted. He entertained my weird story about hearing strangled elephant noises from the other room, even came upstairs with me and explained that it might just be a Greek elderly because his uncle sounded the same. He tried to find me a different room since they had some space, helped me move, and reshuffled a couple of bookings so I wouldn't have to move again. I'm sure it wasn't a great deal of work (super low season, many free rooms), but these little things really set a "normal" hotel stay from a great one. The breakfast selection was also very good, the facilities are fine, clean, and comfortable. No complaints and would recommend.

A true gem in the heart of Kos! Unicos City Suites impressed us from the moment we arrived. The space is modern, beautifully designed, and radiates a sense of comfort and understated luxury. It had everything we needed – and more: a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area, air conditioning, Smart TV, and a bright, spacious bedroom. The location was superb – just a short walk to the beach, the harbor, and close to great restaurants and shops. Everything was within easy walking distance. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were always helpful, polite, and professional. It felt like staying in a boutique hotel with all the comfort of a private apartment. Definitely one of those places we’d love to return to!

The hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, fantastic service was given by the hosts throughout our stay they even hand delivered a suprise birthday cake for my partner which was such a beautiful surprise. Our stay was truly magical the villa is outstanding in outstanding surroundings. I will definitely return. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had to stay one night because we missed the last ferry from Kos to Bodrum due to a flight delay of about two hours. The facility was perfect for our needs. It is well-located, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The accommodation was nice, clean, and comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Milva Apartments. We chose this location due to its proximity to the ferry port, as we were arriving late and departing early the next morning. The apartments were spacious and impeccably clean. Check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. The accommodations were very comfortable, modern, and included toiletries, which was convenient since we were traveling light for island hopping. The large terrace accessible from both the living room and bedroom was a delightful bonus, and all of this for just £65 a night!

We had an amazing stay. Lorana and Mark went above and beyond, making sure all guests were having an amazing holiday. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled and was in Kos 2 more days. Iknor the owner made sure we had accommodation for the change, nothing was any trouble. I would highly recommend this apartments. Cannot wait to come back next year. THANK YOU for a fabulous holiday.

The hotel manager, Paris and the hotel stufs were so friendly. The location of hotel is near the port and so close the old town city. We had an short holiday and when we come again hope to stay this hotel. If you want use new furnitures or smth else on your vacation Achilleas Hotel isn't given you that things you want but if you want to smiley faces and friendly people it is ok for you.

A perfect 10! Perfect hotel for those who value the highest levels of accommodation, staff/service, food, facilities, and wish for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Thankfully, no booming music and noisy stupid animation teams !!! Top management set the example and all the staff ensure your stay is as pleasant an experience as you could wish for.
