The hotel room might be the cleanest and tidiest one I have ever stayed in. The floor was like it was purified from any hint of dust. Beyond our expectations. We enjoyed very much walking barefoot. The room's view was simply perfect. Parking was no problem at all in front of the hotel or around and the city center is just 5 minutes away by car.

Location brilliant in a relatively quiet part of town very close to the sea front just a few minutes walk could not be a better location Very comfortable bed and quiet effective air conditioning Nice large room right at the top of the building with some outside space. Just a shame there is no descent seating on the balcony Access control system works well as this property is not manned most of the time Don’t book this room if you have a problem with stairs the lift does not go up to this room That all said the bedroom is great big airy and comfortable

Memphis Hotel Kos Island A brand new suite hotel, just completed – I have never seen anything better on Kos island! If I could give it 11 instead of 10, I would. Our host gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment was ultra-luxurious. When we entered, it smelled of perfume, and a fruit basket was waiting for us. Every day our Illy coffees and water were refilled. The bathroom was top quality, and the balcony was amazing. Everything was beautifully designed. The air conditioning came from the ceiling, which was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped and complete, and the apartment was cleaned daily. The location is walking distance to the center – in fact, you are practically in the center. There is private parking, which was also super luxurious. Definitely book this place – you will thank me! Don’t risk searching for anything else. Many thanks to our host Thomas – if I return to Kos island, I will definitely stay here again. I’m a Genius Level 3 and have stayed in many hotels, but I have never seen one so beautiful and clean 👍😊

The location was amazing, 30 sec walk from the apartment to the beach with free beach chairs and umbrella and about 1km to the harbour, shops and restaurants. There was a supermarket a few blocks away. The apartment had EVERYTHING, a cook too, washing machine and all the little things, washing powder, all utensils, kitchen and bathroom appliances ,a welcome fruit platter and bottle of wine and regular fresh towels . The common areas , entrance and courtyard were cleaned daily. Best of all the hosts Georgia and Yiannis were super responsive, so friendly and welcoming and quick to recommend places to eat and shop. Yiannis organised a day trip to Bodrum , Turkey and provided invaluable tips to make the day special. Couldn’t recommend Sea Star more highly.

Everything was perfect! Very kind staff, very nice place, perfect cleaning. Closed to the center with free parking in front of the building. Bar and food available during the evening. Good breakfast.

Magnificent location and wonderful property. Nothing was too much to ask and the staff went out of their way to help plan our stay and make sure we were comfortable and happy. The food was excellent. We simply loved our stay, it was perfect.
