Excellent location. Very clean and spacious property. I asked for early check in and the owner was quick to respond and fulfil my request, without extra cost. When I visit Kos again, I will certainly check availability at Milva Apartments first.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Lagoon City Hotel. The rooms were excellent, very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and professional, but I would especially like to thank the lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and always willing to assist us with a smile. The location of the hotel is also perfect. Having stayed in many hotels in Kos Town over the years, I can honestly say that this hotel is by far the best. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rooms, fabulous staff. Restaurants were amazing, second visit to an Ikos property and did not disappoint. You can do as much or as little as you like here, lots of activities bikes, canoes, walks, swimming, wine tasting, or as little as you like. Enough private spaces with the upgraded rooms to give a feeling of space. We were here at end of the season and the staff were still amazing. Book your restaurants, car hire, spa etc in advance as they will book out.

I loved how close the apartment was to the city centre and it was a short walk to the beach. It was very clean and well equipped! We also received a complimentary bottle of water, coke, wine and coffee which was very much appreciated. The staff were very helpful and the apartment was cleaned every day. Our bed was also made which was nice.

Definitely the place you want to be for your stay in Kos. The apartment is brand new, well-furnished with all the features you need, and located in an ideal spot. Nice beaches are just a few meters away, and the old town is within 10 minutes on foot, with great restaurants along the way. At night the neighborhood is quiet. Georgia and Yiannis are truly special people—easily the best hosts we’ve ever had. They really took care of us.

everything is new and looks gorgeous. The bedroom was great (very spacious), nice shower. We thought it was great that they had a mini refrigerator for drinks and snacks. The staff was very helpful (we got bikes from their partner and the pick up as well as the return went smoothly), also they were so nice to book us a taxi to go back to the airport; breakfast was good (they had verrry good apple pie!); we got welcome drinks (so good!) and the pool and the area was superb. We would definitely come back here again
