The apartments were very spacious, modern and pleasant, with all the facilities available. The location is very central and it's perfect for a city walk or a road trip out of town. There's an option to have a nice breakfast in the hotel's café on the ground floor near an ancient theatre which is located right next to the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Lovely hotel with a beautiful garden. Stuff is friendly and approachable. Unfortunately we only stayed for the night since we had a list of stuff to do in Greece so we didn't manage to try food which we belive would be very nice 🥲😊

Super accommodating host. We arrived very late - after their check-in hours - and the host ensured that we were informed of where to pick-up our keys. The facilities are very spacious and had enough space for a family of five and our two large dogs that we travelled with. After a long day on the road, this was like an oasis for us. Friendly staff that we met the next morning. If you need a place for a short stay-over, we can definitely recommend this property.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and returned because it is so good. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were brilliant! A perfect location to explore the area or just to pass through. Breakfast was lovely- as previously. Great value for money. There is a super taverna about 300 meters down the road - very reasonably priced. We look forward to staying again.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at K Houses in Arta City. The location is serene, providing a peaceful stay while being conveniently close to the town's attractions. Perfect location, brand new fully renovated apartment. Good amenities for a few days, automated way to reach the apartment. Free Parking is really good for Arta. I would choose it again nevertheless in the future (I do come a lot, just crowded in my house there and needed to stay in another place with wife).

The apartment was great! I visited during the heatwave and it felt like a small oasis. The people were super helpful. Although there is a private parking available I didn’t use it cause I found an available spot just outside the building. Close to the center, close to everything. I Have relatives in Arta and I made sure to let them know how happy I was with my accommodations. My next stay will be there again when I’ll visit again.
