Ideally located by Egnatia's interchange, the Epirus Lux Palace Hotel is a 5-star hotel, unique in its category in the wider region of north-western Greece. It features a huge, 500 m2 pool and offers free Wi-Fi in all areas and free private parking on site. The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.

Apollon is a traditional building with a warm, family environment. It is situated right at the centre of Metsovo. Direct access to your room is possible through the parking area's internal elevator.
