Staff were exceptional..always cheerful and willing to help. Changed breakfast when they realised we weren't eating the bread and sweet foods and provided fresh fruit, yoghurt salad and eggs instead. Ideally located by Egnatia's interchange, the Epirus Lux Palace Hotel is a 5-star hotel, unique in its category in the wider region of north-western Greece. It features a huge, 500 m2 pool and offers free Wi-Fi in all areas and free private parking on site. Good breakfast, not excellent. Bed is very comfortable, mattress and pillows are Coco-mat. Nice bar and restaurant by the pool offer descent variety of food and drinks. Air conditioning works great. Generally the room was comfortable, for the money we paid it was excellent. Also complementary wine and water upon arrival.
