WOW!!! This hotel is nothing less than "home-away" The location at Kipoi village was great for our tour around Zagoria. Melina the owner, who is a resident of Kipoi, is such a great and welcoming host. The rooms are well designed and give a warm feeling. Breakfast was very good.

Everything about this stay was absolutely perfect. The host Suzana was very very friendly and the diverse breakfast she makes is absolutely delicious. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. I cannot recommend enough!!

Really lovely guest house with a great host. We were given lots of good information for the area by Lucas, and were well located to explore the region. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a kettle and small fridge. There is a communal area with a kitchen and lounge area and outdoor seating area. Very dog friendly.

The owner was very friendly and pleasure. The breakfast was not very rich, but it is still had everything you needed. The furnishings in the room was like last century, which I really liked. The garden was well maintained. It was a pleasure for me to stay there late at night and enjoy the silence and stars. I recommend this place

Perfectly located to explore the entire area of Zagoria. The hotel owners are so nice and friendly. It is all run and maintained in a very professional way, the big rooms, surrounding area, great breakfast, their restaurant across the street. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We stayed on a Monday in mid April, we were the only guests. The place is stunning, the room is luxurious and having the option of lighting a fire in the evening was lovey. The hosts is super nice and very kind, and we particularly loved the delicious brekfast outside wathcing the aerial evolutions of the swallows. One of the best stays of our trip, and surely one we will remember for a long time. Could not reccomend more.

Very kind and helpful people in the hotel. Beautiful rooms and good food. We have been there in february.You can hike, visit the historical sites. We also did ski- mountanering and we did rock climbing. A very special and nice place to stay. We will come again.
