We experienced Greek hospitality in its truest sense! Philotimo~ We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the peace and tranquility in mid-September 5 seconds away from the trailhead to the Springs. Bring along sturdy shoes, loan the free hiking sticks and prepare about 500ml of water (1L if you prefer not to drink from the springs).

Firstly, the host, Petros, was really affable and kind. He showed me around the property and explained clearly. Secondly, the house itself is a gem. The view is breathtaking. It was squeaky clean.

Really lovely guest house with a great host. We were given lots of good information for the area by Lucas, and were well located to explore the region. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a kettle and small fridge. There is a communal area with a kitchen and lounge area and outdoor seating area. Very dog friendly.

This place is magical. The wonderful hostess clearly has a passion for the property, which is her family house for generations; she spent the time to tell us the history of the property and point out the wonderful antique items adorning the building, as well as showing us her majestic gardens, from where our fruit and many of the items in our breakfast came from. That place stole our hearts; when back to Papingo, we would not imagine staying anywhere else...
