The property is at the top of a steep hill with magnificent views to the beautiful Ionian Sea. There is direct access to Agios Nikitas Beach. Our villa was very comfortable with a decent sized private pool. There is a cocktail bar and restaurant on the adjacent property. Our hosts communicated well from the outset and were very helpful and supportive during our stay. We enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal in our villa purchased from our hosts

Our stay was very comfortable. We got more than what we expected. We had our own parking area and pool and a large outdoor sundeck to watch the spectacular sunset. A nice living room, two bathrooms and a very comfortable double bed. It was quiet but close to most popular sites and beaches. It was new and clean. We’ll be going back for sure.

Located in a small olive grove off the main road, we thought anthia was just so beautiful . The outside space and privacy is perfect. Touches such as hanging chairs , a bbq space, grape vines , sun beds , washing lines, outdoor tables and chairs mean that it has everything you could want . The home itself is full equipped and has traditional charm , the bathroom is a good size as is the kitchen and living areas . We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay here.

My partner and I had a delightful stay at this hotel in Lefkada! The sea view from our room was simply stunning, and we cherished our afternoons lounging by the lovely swimming pool with its breathtaking view of the sea. Great views from the apartment with the bonus of a swimming pool with towels. Slightly small open plan accommodation but we hadn’t gone on holiday to stay inside - all fine. Easy access to a good choice of restaurants and local beach or for a more remote beach, 15-20 mins walk over the hill.

Everything was just perfect, the location, the accomodation and the hosts. The apartment was super clean and had everything one needs when on vacation. The host Nicolas was very helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. He gave us amazing recommendations that exceeded our expectations. Very kind couple. They have very good honey for sale. The pool area is amazing and the view is spectacular. We sure would like to come again.
