Beautiful home with plenty of space for the family. The only disappointment was that we only stayed for one night so didn’t get to completely enjoy everything the property had to offer. A short drive to one of the most stunning beaches in the world at Broulidia.

Property and location was stunning. Home comforts was great , outdoor sports was brilliant and social outdoor area is amazing. Also the owners live next door and they are the most friendly lovely people. Very helpful and kind. The view from the property is spectacular! Beautiful beach on your door step!

Such a lovely stay, close to centre, very clean and cute. Unique vibe that I have never seen elsewhere. The owner really helped us with tips for food and beaches nearby, which was beautiful and always good. Thank you so much and hopefully see you again sometime.

Monika’s House is an absolute gem! A beautiful, cozy, and fully equipped home nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by mastic trees. It truly felt like a home away from home — everything you might need is there, including a fully stocked fridge and thoughtful touches throughout. We were warmly welcomed with traditional mastic and Greek treats, which made our stay even more special. After long days of exploring, swimming, and soaking up the sun, relaxing on the terrace with the soothing sound of cicadas was pure bliss. Monika was a fantastic host — incredibly kind and helpful, sharing great tips about must-see spots and tavernas serving the best seafood on the island. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Chios experience. Thank you, Monika, for your hospitality!

Amazing location! Your balcony, and beneath there's the sandy beach and the sea! No traffic at all around. A very calm location hearing only the mild sea waves. Keep in mind that the room is situated is in a strategic point to visit easily by car all the sights of Mastichohoria and the best beaches in South Chios.

Loved staying at the house. It's spacious, welcoming and filled with lots of lovely artefacts. There's a nice courtyard behind so you can eat outside. It's in a quiet village close to the Mastichochoria villages, with a parking area near by (100m).

One of the best experiences I’ve had staying somewhere!!! The staff friendly and helpful with a smile! The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious! The breakfast was good, especially the homemade marmalades and other goodies they make!

The breakfast was very nice and there were different handmade patisseries each day. Everything was fresh. Staff was friendly. Mavra beach was very close by. We would definitely plan to stay here for our next visit.

We stayed for 2 nights, originally 1 but pleased to stay 2 nights! Loved the location, walking distance to fantastic waterfront tavernas and memorable beaches. On checkin we could feel the warmth of a family run business and the room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast offering. Memorable stay!

Lovely setting. Rooms were immaculate. Staff could not do enough to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Great breakfasts with freshly made selection. A delight to stay there which we hope to repeat soon.

The hotel is at a very quite area . There are many tavernas at the same spot. In front of the hotel you can swim , and the Mavra Voila Beach is just 250 mt in walking distance . The rooms are really big , like a house and comfortable for a family stay . It was so nice that they had also upgraded one of our rooms . Thank you very much for it. Pyrgi and Mesta are very close by . If you prefer a silent stay close to seaside and still have a change of sightseeing at close distance , I really suggest you to stay im Emporios .

Excellent service and hospitality. Very cosy designed rooms with everything you need including a small kitchen area. One of the best locations in island, surrounded with tavernas and a sea view. We enjoyed a lot during our stay. Thank you.
