The staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious, with a coffee machine and kettle available. The bathroom was also quite large and spacious. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, with really nothing to complain about. The bed was comfy and a good selection of pillows. Breakfast was complete with different options available to all dietary requirements. Every morning there were different options from the previous day, allowing one to taste different dishes. The location is a quiet area a few minutes walk from Stazzione Termini or Castro Pretoria underground station. Taxis are available quite easily due to the proximity to Stazzione Termini. On arrival, we were given some recommendations for restaurants in the area as well in the centre. We took these recommendations and tried Strada Romana, just a few minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful, carrying out the booking themselves for us.

Convenient location – 5 minutes from Roma Termini and less than 10 min away from supermarkets. We arrived at an unfortunate timing of 4am but thanks to the 24-hour reception we were able to smoothly get to our room. The receptionist/manager was also really kind and understanding when we'd forgotten to bring cash for the tourist tax and allowed us to pay it the following day. Room was nice, air-conditioned, and came with a hairdryer. Would stay here again as it's one of the cheapest accommodations around Rome.

Our stay at the Monti hotel was amazing. Gabriel and his staff were exceptional. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The bathrooms were beautiful. The location was perfect as it is a 12 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. We felt very safe as the accommodations had secure doors and locks. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Rome.

The location and the view of St Peter’s from the roof. One of the best holiday accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. 5 minute walk to the Vatican, 15 to Castel sant angelo and 35 minutes to the forum. Communication with the host was brilliant and I’d give everything 10 out of 10.

WOW!!! We stayed in many places on our vacation but this far exceeds our expectations. The host was amazing at communication , they provided clean towels daily and even made the bed. They rooms were big and so clean which was a nice change of pace compared to some of our other accommodations. The host even had our room ready for us upon our early arrival and was willing to store our luggage if the room hadn’t been ready. We mainly walked but anything we didn’t walk was a quick taxi :) this place was well worth it!!!
