The staff (especially Marat) were always kind, smiling, and ready to help anytime you needed it. Upon arrival there were treats in the hotel room from the hotel staff which made me feel welcomed and at home. The hotel is situated a bit further away from the city centre than expected, but that was not a problem for me as I enjoyed walking the streets of Rome. However, a 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini. The TOP gelato place in all of Rome is near the hotel called ‘Come il Latte’ - a 10 minute walk.

I stayed here with my parent and we truly enjoyed our time. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent, very convenient to get around. You can easily walk to the Colosseum, or take the metro C just two stops if you prefer. It’s also very simple to reach the central station by metro A, which made our trip to the airport stress-free. There is lift so no worry.. Overall, we found the stay very comfortable and the location ideal for exploring the city.. and Romeo was very friendly and he shared with us recommendations.

I loved my stay at Hotel Delle Civette! A pleasant place with a wonderful atmosphere in a quiet area a bit outside of the centre of Rome. The distance was no problem because of transport options with bus and metro close by. The room was simple but very clean and had everything I needed including aircon. It has a rooftop balcony where you can have a drink or a cup of coffee with the most beautiful view. I slept so good and felt safe and taken care of in this lovely place. The absolute best thing with this hotel was definitely the friendly and helpful staff! I want to thank you all so much for helping me and for making my first trip to Rome perfect. Thank you for answering my questions and giving me many great advices. Especially I want to thank Paolo and Alissandra for exceptional customer service! Grazie mille.
