Everything, spotlessly clean.all staff friendly, efficient helpful,professional. From the breakfast staff to reception to bedroom all fault less. We spent a week visiting family and exploring Rome staff helpful for trips,restaurants taxis and in house catering I would definitely go there again and would book a larger room with a balcony. The breakfasts were so good, good choice changeable daily.

It was such a fantastic stay in the most convenient location possible in Rome. You are within walking distance to Vittorio Emmanuelle monument, 17 min walk to the Colosseum. The rooftop has amazing views, the bedrooms were comfortable to another level. It was the little details that really made the difference, there was even special sprays you can place on your pillows to help you sleep better. We used the help of the guest relations service to book tours and the breakfast was phenomenal. Definitely worth staying!

Everything! Great super warm welcoming helpful staff (Daniele was exceptional). Rooms are well furnished, neat & spotless clean. Little touches like daily water bottles are nice. The hotel design is a mixture of modern & classic (loved it) Location is superb! Right next to the Spanish Steps, 10 minute walk to Trevi, 2-5 minute walk from the best shopping streets and you have metro near by. Area is super cosy with little cafes and restos that serve delish delights We just had a splendid time, the hotel made our Rome stay so much nicer.

Nice clean room with the big terrace and 2 chairs (important as usually it’s just 1 for double room). New equipment - hair dryer, kettle, iron with ironing board in the room, good linen. Good breakfast - variety of food like cereal, eggs, yogurt, bacon, pies etc. AC works fine (used for heat in November).

I had a wonderful stay at the TB Palace Hotel in Rome. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff went above and beyond, especially Alicia in the dining room and Melika at reception, who both made my visit memorable with their exceptional service. Highly recommended!
