It was an awesome stay. The staff are very accommodating. The room was excellent overlooking the square. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was clean. The wifi worked great. They really bent over backwards to make me feel at home. I would definitely stay for much longer and recommend them to others. I came as a guest and left as family!!! Amazing! They went far beyond my expectations! The room was super clean — honestly, cleaner than I ever expected in Italy. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. The service was the best I have ever had. The staff gave me all the information I needed, explained everything in detail, and were always available for any questions or help. They even showed me where to go and what to see, depending on what I like. And the best part? They think ahead for you. Before I arrived, they sent me all the access details. When I checked in, they shared a picture of the codes so I wouldn’t have to search through messages. On the first morning, they even sent me a good morning text with recommendations for great breakfast places. Truly amazing service! I highly, highly recommend this place!

The accomodation was a 8-min walk to the main train station/metro and so it was easy for us to commute to the attractions. The room was super clean and smells good upon arrival, the toilet was also clean. The host was amazing. He greeted us upon arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the whole accommodation which we find very helpful. We loved our 2-night stay here!!
