It's amazing hotel! The rooms have been decorated up to all details with good taste. High quality with an accessible price. The location is very convenient next to the metro stop and with good cafe's and restaurants and even a super market right next to. The breakfast is such a lovely bonus to all, they bring it to your room at the time you ask. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone to stay here if you have the chance!

I was with my parents and stayed at the room "Toledo". The appartment was very clean and cozy, and the host "Gennaro" always was/is very surrpotive and warmhearted. The check-in and -out process was also very easy. The lady who cleans the room was/is also very kind! I totally recommend this accomendation! Thanks to Gennaro! It was really great to stay!

I liked every single thing of the property. My first good impression started when I confirmed the reservation here and the owner texted me asking about my arrival time, my preferences… it was very very kind. When we arrived in the hotel, Sara received us and explained everything with patience and kindness. She was very very nice! She gave us tips about the city, restaurantes and everything in english because we don’t speak Italian. The room that I stayed is exactly the same as the picture: in front of the Duomo Cathedral - I was completely in love with the view. Now I understood the high score of the property in this app. They worry about the guests and treat you in a very special way. I hardly recommend the property! And the room with a view is special!

The accomodation was a 8-min walk to the main train station/metro and so it was easy for us to commute to the attractions. The room was super clean and smells good upon arrival, the toilet was also clean. The host was amazing. He greeted us upon arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the whole accommodation which we find very helpful. We loved our 2-night stay here!!
