The accommodation was not only clean and comfortable but also appeared to be recently renovated. The bathroom was spacious and equally well-maintained. Prior to our arrival, we received a welcoming message via WhatsApp, complete with a detailed video guide on how to reach the property. It's important to note that many buildings in Naples have an older, less maintained exterior. This property was no exception, requiring a lift to the 4th floor which was exterior as in most buildings in Naples and a few steps down to access. However, the interior lived up to our expectations. The reception staff, especially Maria Chiara and Francesca went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready early due to our flight's early arrival. The young receptionist Chiara greeted us warmly, offering valuable tips for dining and sightseeing, complete with a map. She was also thoughtful enough to provide her personal contact number for any urgent needs. The concierge service of the property, available until late evening, was both friendly and helpful. Conveniently located just two minutes from the Universita metro station and a mere three stops from Piazza Garibaldi, there is a stop right there number 11 in case you take the hop on and off bus. In all, the neighborhood was safe for evening strolls and provided easy access to the historic center and the seafront. The reception's daily check-in messages were a thoughtful touch, often missing in hotels or other accommodations. Overall, the location was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again on a return visit to Naples.

More than perfect ! We stayed in the apartment for several days. - The apartment is on the 8th floor. Lift ! There is a perfect view of the city and the harbour. - The furnishing and the bathroom are completely new, perfectly done and 1A . - There is a metro station 200 metres away (connection for a trip to Vesuvius or Pompeii, or ... ?). - 100 metres ( one block ) away is Via Toledo with shops, restaurants. - 300 metres to the port ( for ferry to Capri, Sorrento, etc. ). - Absolutely quiet location. - There is a supermarket in the house with fresh food, fruit, drinks, etc. Simply wonderful. - If you arrive by car, you will find a place in the garage (for a fee - 24:00 service, guarded). - We came with a full car and lots of luggage. The owner Massimo was there immediately and helped us unload and carry it into the apartment. Perfect service (again THANK YOU). In a few words - PERFECT APARTMENT - we will be 100% happy to come back ! REMARK : ATTENTION : For visitors who complain because they cannot open the apartment door. It is a sliding door (left to right!) Do not push against it, do not press, just slide :-)

I received instruction to whatsup, personnel at reception show us where to go and share a google drive documents where you can find recommendations for restaurants and places (much better than trip advisor).
