Everything, since the check-in to the hospitality of Lorenzo and Staff. Best place to stay in Napoli: Near to Alibus Transfer, Porto, Metro Station, a lot of good places to eat well and cheap. The Welcome Paper helped me and my girlfriend a lot aswell!

Very welcoming and caring staff. Giovanni is an incredible host. Everybody was helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious and impacably clean. I returned twice as it felt like home. Neighbourhood is also safe and pleasent overlooking the city. I’ll definatelly go back.

It was an awesome stay. The staff are very accommodating. The room was excellent overlooking the square. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was clean. The wifi worked great. They really bent over backwards to make me feel at home. I would definitely stay for much longer and recommend them to others. I came as a guest and left as family!!! Make this your place of choice if visiting Napoli!!!! You will not regret it.

Toledo Boutique Rooms was a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The service was incredible and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Where do I start!? - One of the nicest hostels I've been to, everything was cleaned more than daily and the rooms were comfortable while also practical - Great sense of community, the staff are beyond friendly and it was very easy to make friends here. They really foster a positive and welcoming culture here - Many common areas to hang out and chill, the garden is especially lovely even during winter - Great selection of drinks at the bar, especially the homemade limoncello which I unfortunately didn't get to try :( - Despite not being centrally located it is trivially easy to get here, despite all the hills! Best way is to get line 2 to Montesanto and take the lift (doesn't work on Sundays and late nights). Even if the lift isn't open, it's certainly worth the hike up the hill when you get there at the end. Don't make the same mistake as me by taking line 1
