Incredibly large room, plenty of space to store clothes and move around. The pool and sauna, while needing to be reserved, were great to relax in after a long few days walking around Florence. Although the room was warm, AC brought the temperature down and made it more suitable. Staff were kind and helpful, and umbrellas available for guests to use on rainy days!

I felt truly at home here. The staff is really welcoming, friendly, helpful and pays attention to tiny details such as showing you around the place, giving you local recommendations, putting extra towels and disposable slippers, even the instructions on how to open the main door of the building as it can sometimes be problematic in Italy. I was offered the free upgrade of my room and was very happy with it. Super clean, spacious and comfortable. They care about the satisfaction and comfort of their guests. Plus, there is a cute little meditation room. Heartfelt recommendation!
