The La Gemma hotel is wonderfull place to stay in Florence. We highly recommend this place for couples. Lovely designed, boutique hotel in the center of Florence. Personel at the hotel is amazing, hihgly professional and kind. We felt very welcomed. We were celebrating special occasions there and the La Gemma team made these days very special. We received very good restaurant reccomendation, one of this (Luca's) being at the hotel. We highly reccommend to visit Luca;s restaurant and try their testing menu :). We will definitely come back!

Everything was great! We spent 14 days in like 5 hotels in different cities and this one was the one i liked the most. They have staff at the reception when we reached, the staff gave us a map and introduced us all places we needed to visit. He also introduced a couple of places to have breakfast nearby. It was very close to bus stations. The facilities were very modern, everything was very clean. It was amazing.

We had seen a lot of terrible accommodation in Firenze online, so we were so happy to find this amazing hotel. We stayed in a superior double and it was huge. A super comfortable bed, bug screens on the window, a spare sofa bed, space for 2 people to do yoga and almond shampoo in the shower (my hair has never smelled so good). I actually liked being able to use my phone as the key, but I have an eSim, so it was easy. Thanks to Giulia for answering all our needs and questions with a smile.
