Great location that made walking around Florence so easy. I felt very safe even when returning there late at night as a female solo traveller. Super friendly staff, particularly Dahlia. The room was super comfortable and modern. It was clean. And they put everything you could need there. Also they host you with tea and coffee that you could make in your room and also water in fridge. Also the staff were very nice . They kindly delivered my luggage before check-in time and one of them called Marlys was super gentle and explained me everything about what I could see during my visit in Florence and restaurants bars and tours.
