Very good location just 3-4 mins away from Firenze S Novella Station and few more to the centre of Florence. Very spacious with high ceiling and super clean rooms and good protected parking area. Night time its quiet enough to have a good restful sleep in their comfy beds. Great reception, rooms and service staff. Very kind all during our stay (Grazie🙏🙏🙏). It has a very nice restaurant for breakfast with a nice choice of salted and nice pastries for morning. Also a nice outside terrace to enjoy a drink and chat.

Clean beds, room and bathroom and spaceous too. The hotel is new. Very quiet rooms. Convenient restaurant in the lobby, friendly staff. Good area. Modern admosphere. Best stay in Florence for the money. Tramway fron city centre to airport stop in the front. 15 minutes walk to Duomo. I recommended it and will repeated it.

The location was perfect—very close to the station. The hotel was clean, and the view was great. When I found out that I might not be able to go to Pisa because of the strike, I asked the staff for advice. They kindly suggested that I might still be able to go if I joined a tour and even offered to call for me the next morning. In the end, I didn’t go to Pisa, but the staff were very helpful, and spending the day exploring Florence turned out to be a wonderful memory. At check-in, Lorenzo explained everything very thoroughly. We even had a fun conversation about anime. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality.

Stylish, friendly and very good service.

Stayed in a private room. Everything was super clean, with lots of storage space. Bonus: very comfortable, hard bed. Staff was managing the heavy workload very well, they were goal-oriented and focused and efficient. I accidentally forgot to check out (I thought I was staying a day longer!), which meant they had to pack my things for me and keep them for me until I came "home" late at night - they packed everything with care, nothing was missing or broken. The cleaner who did that for me deserves a medal. The front desk were also very nice and understanding about it, no shaming (apparently these things happen, even if that was a first for me!). Good wifi. I also liked the vibe of young people in the lobby. Overall, great experience.

Location was good, staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was awesome. The staff let us to keep our baggage at the keeping point after checkout because our train to Rome was in the evening. Everything was exceptional. I recommend this hotel.

From the first moment I entered the hotel... the smell of roses in the place... and the kind reception

Perfect location, excellent hotel, superb services -m

This is fabulous place, with a superb management, able to control many important details. It has the charm of a 19th century palace and it is modernised in a discreet, clever way. The sockets that keep being powered when you remove the room key are marked in colour and everything explained. The windows are old but the frame and glass so that they keep the noise out. Our room was really spacious with old furniture and a very comfortable and large brass bed. The ceiling was painted with 19th century pompeian drawings. The view on Piazza della Repubblica was great. The Christmas decorations were discreet but effective. The personnlel was professional and polite and dressed in nice uniforms. We felt welcome and taken care of. We will certainly go back.

The appartment is located in the same historical córę of Florence. Its surranded by lovely restaurant and historical points.
