The help I received early in the morning to have a taxi take me to the airport was really effective.

Staff very friendly and helpful, bathrobes & slippers, old school hotel room with shoe polish, shaving kit, dental hygiene kit.

Clean, professional, kind and friendly staff, excellent breakfast! Art Deco all the hotel spaces. An excellent hotel art deco directly and ideally located in the historic centre of the city and a few meters from the main square of Bologna! Excellent view! Quiet and spacious room. Confortable beds! When breakfast for some items was finished, the staff was so kind to cook fresh for instance eggs and omelette!

This is my second time in this hotel. Everything was wonderful.

Nice and clean place with free parking. Bus station for downtown is close.

The room was so clean. Towels, pillows, sheets all clean. Staff was veeeery helpful. The lady making our check in recommended us some good restaurants and a quick guide of the city. I would recommend the executive king size room. It provides a larger area with a small extra fee. Drinks and food are a little bit expensive compared to other places nearby, but the same as other hotels i guess. They give you a discount for the next stay at social hub. We are searching for other social hubs at different cities.

The location of the hotel near the train station was important to us as we had an early departure the next morning. The staff helped us get exactly the right room we wanted on a top floor. We didn’t realized that breakfast was included. It was a great service and offered freshly made coffee.

Everything worked as it should, staff were nice and breakfast delicious. We stayed to attend a concert at unipol arena, the location was great for that and for access to the city, while avoiding the over inflated city hotel rates.

Great hotel, clean rooms, nice breakfast.

Exceptionally clean and very welcoming. The room was superbly convenient, the air conditioning system worked well. It is a long walk away from the center but if you don’t feel like walking, you can take one of the many busses which stop just a few minutes away.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, which makes the whole stay feel truly special.
