It’s a nice , new, modern style hotel, a bit pricey. The breakfast was good with a choice of Italian antipasti and good coffee. Nice and helpful staff at the reception and bar. The hotel is a bit away from the old city but in few steps from one of the best restaurants we’d visited in Italy, this helped a lot to get a right impression and mood 😊

The location is great (5 minutes from the tower!) and the hotel itself is cute and comfortable. Communication with Alessandro was quick and easy and he was extremely helpful with everything from check-in instructions to travel recommendations. I would recommend for a quiet stay very close to the centre and main attractions.

The staff was very helpful - both the people at the reception, who helped me with multiple things and solved problems immediately. but also online before my check-in, I texted with Silvia and she helped me out as well, I felt very much cared for. I am very grateful that everybody made my stay easier. the terrace is amazing, and there is a great bar at the entry hall, it seems like a good place to meet people, also there is an outdoor area in front of the hostel where you can sit. i was only there for one night but i saw many young backpackers and a chill atmosphere. i had a bathroom in my dorm room but there were also other toilets and showers available which was great.

Even though it was a bit hard to find the property and the bumpy road was a bit scary because we arrived in the dark, it really worth it. The house and the view was amazing and the breakfast was tasty ( I loved the homemade jams). I wish to go back and spend more days there next time.

I have no words to describe the hospitality of this boutique hotel, amazing! So many nice small details in the room each day, from a small mat on each side of the bed before night followed by a small good night card and candies, new towels a few times a day, great scent of the room and the hall. We had a lovely 2 nights here and will be back for sure! A big plus for a reliable valet parking. They conveniently let you park your car in front of the hotel and call guys from the garage to pick it up and drive away to the garage, and when you need it again just let them now 40ish minutes before and the car awaits you in front!

Very nice hotel located in the center of Pistoia on a quiet street. Beautiful, clean and quiet rooms. Very nice bathrooms. Although the breakfast area isn't too big the selection of meals is very satisfactory. We didn't make a reservation for parking place, but there is a lot of free spaces in few minutes walk radius. For initial check-in there is one spot for a car just at the door. Definitely would like to visit this place again.
