It is marked as 3 stars, but overall it could be evaluated as a good 4 star hotel. Location - excellent, on a quiet street, 3 min from Basilica and Uffizi. Staff: very helpful Room: large with all you need, even small kitchen (we didn't use it) Even sauna - in a small hotel in the old Florence center! Breakfast is good (not excellent:-) And you live in the old Palazzo!

The location is great...5 minutes walk from the Ufizi Museum, Duomu at 8 minutes walk, dozens of great restaurants at walk distance.... The staff was really thoughtful and even had a portuguese speaking person at the hotel reception. The room was incredible, spacious and with free amenities (apart from alcohol).

We had a wonderful stay whilst visiting Pisa for 2 days. Alessandro was very helpful and answered any questions we had almost instantly. We had the twin bedroom this was clean and spacious. Great location of the property, as you are within walking distance of some lovely resultants and the tower.
