The accommodation and all the surrounding activities were good. However, the holiday home we stayed in smelled musty. The air conditioning did not work properly, and it was not clean. Facility staff came several times to try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they could not do anything about it. The home remained damp and musty, making it an unpleasant stay for us, especially for someone with asthma problems.

100% recommended. Fantastic breakfast (fruit, yogurt, juices, croissant, bread...), location, and nature around. Amazing place to seek some peace and a very warm welcome from the hosts.
Expect wildlife and some insects, but it's completely normal. It's the charming of the place. The rooms have air-conditioning.
There's a bar with super nice and cheap drinks (5€ for a well-balanced Spritz Aperol).
I'm sad I can't stay longer since I've more accommodation elsewhere booked for my holidays.

We loved everything about the property. Quite possibly one of our favourite accommodations we have stayed in this Europe trip. It was so comfortable, spacious, clean and stylish. The aircon was extremely cold, great for the summer heat in Florence. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was also so convenient!

The apartment at Barbara's is wonderful. The accommodations are very clean, and the host is always available to answer any questions. The town is in walking distance and there is parking close by. The garden is beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely and there were plenty of towels, soaps, etc. It meets all expectations. The Inernet is strong and the air-conditioning is a super plus!!!! Thank you Barbara for a lovely stay. We look forward to visiting you again. :)

It was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and the apartment is beautiful and modern. There is a large free parking lot nearby the accommodation (about a 3 minutes walk).
The owner was great, she recommended places for us to visit and they were all excellent.

One of only a few accommodations within the walled city of Monteriggioni. Stay was adequate with all the basics and a bread-oriented breakfast delivered to the door in the morning. Shower was hot!

We were so happy with our accommodations. It was a family trip and we all had beautiful rooms and lots of privacy. Our grandchildren loved Fabio’s dogs, so sweet and gentle. The view, pool and grounds were amazing . Thanks to Fabio for the delicious breakfast and homemade pasties and cappuccinos . We would highly recommend a vacation stop here.

A perfectly equipped and comfortable apartment where you will find everything you need to spend a great holiday in Tuscany. A kind and attentive owner who takes exemplary care not only of your comfort but also of his beautiful garden. We stayed here as a family of five and it was a wonderful refuge and base for trips to the surrounding area. For those who want to visit Siena or Arezzo, L' Agave - Appartamento nel cuore del Chianti is absolutely the best choice. Ideal accommodation for trips to Siena or Arezzo.

Andreas was such a fabulous host. The accommodation was perfect for us. We stayed at the start and end of our holiday due to ideal location. Everything we needed was catered for and more. It was great to meet Andreas at the start as he was a fountain of knowledge and we had a lot of questions! Highly recommend.
