Great hotel just outside the city center. Tram station is at the front door (100m walk), very easy to go from airport to this hotel. City center easily reachable by foot (10-15 minute walk), good restaurants nearby. We did not do the breakfast in the hotel, there were lots of good breakfast restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, big and clean room, modern hotel.

Very clean, absolutely beautiful property, I would definitely stay again. Catered for all 10 of us, great communication, it’s roughly 25 mins walk to Pisa and it’s a lovely walk. Beds also comfortable. Bathrooms clean and just and overall perfect little place.

We stayed 9 days in Italy travelling to 5 cities. Arguably this is one of the top 2 hotels we stayed. Rooms were huge, double what we normally get. It’s clean and looks like newly renovated. The staff was one of the best and extra helpful.. nothing beats this location at this price. Beds were comfy and toilets was generously heap with all the necessary. We did not try the breakfast though
