Accommodation in Arezzo

A clean, well mantained quiet and modern hotel not far from the old city. The hotel stuff was excellent.

It is possible to check in at night, also after the reception is closed. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious, everything was great.

Very clean and modern. Very friendly staff.

Perfect hotel to pass through to other cities. Free large parking space and nice bathrooms.

very clean room & very clean hotel/friendly staff/good breakfast/good parking space/reasonable price

Communication with the reception is very good. The apartments are located at the main square, close to railway station. It has everything needs: kitchen with all the staff for cooking, heating. The bedroom and bathroom were perfectly clean.

Friendly staff, strategic location, minimalist and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Nice photo art pieces at the lobby give to the hotel an extra touch

Excellent service, wonderful dinner and breakfast.

Staff was really helpful, and rooms were as expected, would come back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area is nice and quiet, ideal for relaxing after sightseeing. Major attractions are just a 15-minute walk away, and there are two supermarkets plus plenty of restaurants nearby. We'll definitely come back again

Nice pool area, the rooms were nice and comfy beds and the view from the balcony was really beautiful. We did not try any of the spa treatments. The staff was also super friendly and helpful with everything.

A very practical hotel.. they also had sink in the room so u dont need to go the bathroom just yo wash your hands or face if you’re in a hurry. it’s clean, they had also balcony that i need to breath a fresh air in the morning.. relaxing… it’s easy to reach by bus.. 15 minute walk at the station.. but familiarize the place before your train travel by walking.. must know first the schedule of buses.. ends at 8 pm

They let me check-in early, all staff were friendly and nice. The room is clean (actually, it’s the cleanest room I had during my journey in Italy) and comfortable, it’s the kind of room once you open the door you smile. Breakfast is great 👍

Great location, super friendly helpful staff, easy check in, beautiful apartment full of charm and character

Great place. Close to train station. Fine breakfast. Comfortable room, furniture and equipment. Fantastic view from roof terrase

Il Cipresso is an exceptional establishment in all areas. It is a very tastefully converted villa, outfitted with period furnishings, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and managed by superbly helpful and friendly people who do their utmost for guests. The grounds are immaculately maintained. Beautifully-presented and very tasty meals can be enjoyed in a relaxing garden environment or in a glassed-in building with full views of the luscious surroundings, which include woods, lawns and garden paths.

People in restaurant (wonderful waiters) and in general.

Sabrina was so nice - an interestingly eccentric character! She made us feel right at home.

We spent 5 nights at this lovely accommodation near Arezzo, and our experience was exceptional. The host, Piera and her daughter Giulia were incredibly nice and attentive during our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good sleep. In the summer heat, it was really relaxing to stare from the edge of the pool at the view of the green hills opposite. Here, you can truly escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The place is a good starting point for exploring the nearby attractions. After a long day of sightseeing it was nice to come back here and let ourselves be pampered by Piera's delicious dinner. I hope we come back here again.

It was best accomodation in Italy which we’ve ever stayed at: wonderful location, amazing garden and views, interiors designed with passion for natural materials, comfortable beds, very nice staff and exquisite cuisine. We do plan to return. Jana and Daniel

I mean.. it's a century old, well presurved castle. Do you need to hear more? The people are extremely friendly and helpful. The food really could not be better.

We were warmly welcomed by Maurizzio, the host, who personally greeted us on arrival and kindly gave us a tour of the property. He took the time to explain the house and show us how all the appliances worked, which was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect, with beautiful views overlooking the Piazza. The house itself was lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. Thank you, Maurizzio, for your hospitality!

It’s location and Giulio was an excellent host

The apartment was excellent, just a few steps from the Piazza Grande. Very good bathrooms, comfortable beds and spotless. Andrea gave clear pre-arrival instructions and advised on places to eat, sights to visit. She was in communication throughout. She left a set of House Rules in English and Italian, very helpful. I certainly recommend Casa Mafalda very highly.
