The breakfast was excellent and the best we had in Italy. The location was perfect and very close to all the sites we wanted to see and to some nice restaurants. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean and large enough for our 3 people. There were some narrow stairs up to the room which were not a problem for us (mid 60s). The room was quiet and we felt very safe in the area.

Luca was amazing! From picking us up at the train station to making sure we were comfortable, he was a fantastic host. The hotel is close to restaurants and all the attractions, and it’s a beautiful place and we had the list fantastic read after crazy days in Venice and Florence.
