The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff at the reception was friendly and efficient. I like the breakfast with the large variety of options. I would book this hotel again.

The hotel met all our expectations that any Ramada Property would. The staff knows English, which smoothened out the entire communication (something which seemed relatively hard to get by in Naples). The breakfast spread was quite good.

The hotel is an oasis in the mist of the chaotic city center of naples. Everything works properly and on time, the stuff is super kind and helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room was actually very big, with big wardrobe and 3 huge windows that had a view in the city center, the capodimonti hilll and the botanical garden. The water pressure and the temperature of the water in the bathroom was absolutely perfect!!! Since it was really cold these days in Naples, we enjoyed this a lot. Also the breakfast is value for money. A lot of sweet options and a few savory (this is quite normal in Italy, to have a sweet for breakfast). Extra bonus: They stuff was also flexible when we requested to add breakfast only for one person of the room.

Great location, near to train station and a secure car park that is locked at night. It’s that secure even the Police leave their vehicles in there.

I recently stayed at the Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel in Naples for one night. Despite being located in an industrial area, I found the hotel to be incredibly comfortable and clean. The room was well-appointed and provided a relaxing environment after a day of travel. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Their warm hospitality made a significant positive impact on my experience.

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the center of Napoli. All staff were very kind. Breakfast was very good quality. The room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was excellent.

Lovely place, very kind people, and authentic client service

This is a very difficult place to score. The actual apartments appear to be an annex of a hotel across the street. They are currently undergoing major renovation so the entrance area lift etc are dusty and unpleasant. After saying that when you actually get into the apartment it is brand new, clean and well equipped.

What a lovely, welcoming,warm and friendly staff! Wonderful conversations with Cassie, Natasha and Giulia! Patiently and so warmly gave us tips on things to do, see,, eat and drink in napoli. Location is perfect - few meters from train station,right opposite metro, very clean room, comfy beds, tastefully decorated.relax room with free good coffee and books. This place has class and character! Shall gladly come again! Big Thanks to the staff again!

The staff is extremely friendly, especially Angelo, who helped us a lot to find our way around the city. Honestly, the neighborhood is a bit scary, but Angelo dissuaded us from that. His cheerful spirit made our stay in the hotel and our trip even more beautiful.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect - bus to / from the airport (15 minutes, 5 euros), supermarkets close by, many restaurants, simple way to walk to the city center. The furniture was very nice, perfect cleanliness. I liked the fact that there was a reading lamp near the bed.

The property is clean, and very near the train station. Also the owner is very kind and considerate .
