Amazing view from the balcony. Great breakfasts. Comfortable rooms. Cleaning ladies did good job every day. Very polite staff - at the desk, in the bar and breakfast lounge.

The staff was super sweet, helpful at all times and kind to our child. Can recommend to anyone. Especially Salvatore was an exceptional service personell.

The service was excellent especially Angello who when I went to reception he remembered my name and room number. Very impressive considering the size of hotel. Young man in the garage parking cars was also very impressive, excellent demeanour. I think Antonio was he name. They had the most important elements perfect, spotless clean, rain shower and comfy bed and lined

The location was fantastic, in the heart of the port town of Ischia. From the airport it was a 25 minute taxi drive and then a 50 minute fast ferry ride and another 10 minute taxi drive. Our room was perfectly acceptable with a safe, small fridge and a balcony, obviously also ensuite

I was warmly greeting in my home language, English, at the desk and told that I had an upgraded room. A pleasant surprise. The rooftop eating area was a very pleasant place to be in the early evening. The food was delicious and the service with provided with a smile and simple words.

Lovely hotel, clean comfortable room. Gorgeous entrance area leading into a grand area which is lobby/bar area. We really enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoy staying at CX! The most important thing was the attitude of the staff, especially the girl with long blonde hair (I don't remember her name, but she was so kind). It was in the city center, near Naples Central Station, about 1-2 minutes away. At the same time, it was convenient and cheap.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The location is outstanding, you can reach everything by metro, train, bus or even by foot! I've read some ppl complain about the area and yes it is not clean at all (and not dangerous, we walked around even by night) but sadly all Napoli is kinda same so if you can't handle it then do not come to Napoli at all - you will miss a lot then! 😋 The breakfast is delicious, you can choose from many hot and cold food, fruits and cakes also. We are both very happy that we chose this hotel for our stay!

Love this hotel, the room was so spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. All the staff were very helpful. The breakfast choice was great and they even produced a large choice of gluten free products for me when asked. Can not fault this hotel Can't wait to return. Thank you

Perfect loacaton - safe and in the center. Great staff. We were on the top floor in the premoum room and the view was the best we ever had in a hotel. Big and comfy room. Great hotel!
