I would like to express my sincere gratitude for my stay at your hotel in Naples. The hotel was extremely well-organized, with genuine care and dedication to the needs of its guests. Whatever we needed, at any time, you responded immediately. The cleanliness was not just excellent — it was the best I have encountered so far, which is extremely important to me. The service was outstanding, the breakfast wonderful, and the entire staff polite, helpful, and always available. The location was also exceptional, offering a beautiful sea view. A truly high-quality hotel, meeting and even exceeding expectations and requirements. Thank you very much for everything. I will be delighted to visit again.

The hotel is conveniently located near metro station centro direzionale (line 1) 1 stop from central train station, so it is very easy to get to the city center and to pompeii, ercolano etc. by cercuvesuviana trains.it is also close to the airport only 15 minutes by taxi. The area is safe we never felt unsafe returning by metro to the hotel. We had a premium triple room on 19th floor and it was clean and cozy.Breakfast is excellent!! The staff is friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and we would be happy to stay again in this hotel!

Very helpful and friendly staff

Everything was wonderful, the staff were always there to help us with anything we needed. They went above and beyond. It was such a good price for what we got with the private beach and the pool. The breakfast was also filled with things.

The hotel is situated near train station and you can easily find connections if you want to visit nearby cities, the place is very clean, has parking place and the breakfast is diversified and delicious. Their staff is friendly and willing to help

The people were very welcoming, polite and always smiling. There was a small but cute play area for kids, where my son played while waiting for the checkout/check-in, which o found convenient. The reception gave my son a small cute drawing set, as a welcoming gift and he was surprised by it. The restaurant has good quality food even if it is a slight expensive. Nice and full of choices breakfast 👍🥐 Overall a very nice experience, which brings me to suggest this hotel.

Location next to Diego Armando Maradona stadium fir a beautiful experience. Near Amalfi coast, a must see obiective. Very good location next tu restorants for a food great experience

The staff in this hotel are absolutely fabulous. They are attentive and kind always with a smile. They make me feel very welcome each time I come here.

Loved this place! Super close walk from the train station, fantastic gym, excellent breakfast buffet, free soda on arrival, helpful staff, held our luggage after we checked out til we were ready to go, comfy and clean rooms. There is also a large kitchen area with multiple stations so people could buy groceries and prep their own food.

The area is safe, which is important to consider in Napoli. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is extremely clean. We even booked another night on our way back from vacation because we liked it so much.

We were upgraded to the top floor (30th). Amazing room with an amazing sea view (24 hours a day).

The terrace and the views are amazing. the staff is lovely, nice waterfront view. welcome drinks are given at the check-in. Super recommended. Rooms are spacious compared with the European standard. Great!

Close to airport, we didn't have breakfast but there is a breakfast service. Staff super friendly.
